Yes indeed. He would negate the entirety of your ult by stasising his ally

not sure if he can fit it into his build, but he has had a lot of his bad match ups nerfed so he does seem possibly really good at the moment.
actually I'm not sure what the build is anymore? forever the build was RoA, but then it got replaced by Morello's when he came back into the meta last year, but now with the huge mana regen nerfs, does he need RoA back?
in my mind Dcap,Void,Rylai, shoes are unchangable, probably Zhonya although this is kinda flexable, mabye Luden's here. but he probably needs either Tear/RoA/Morello somewhere too.

E max Irelia is really good but OP, I'm not convinced
Mainly why are they still tinkering with Veigar Q, I mean like sure he could use those buffs, but the real problem with Veigar currently is his W is USELESS w/o a reliable stun they need to give his W some kind of Interaction with wall or straight up change the spell.

I think you guys are right, riot may have over buffed tank junglers with the Gromp buff, cinderhulk business. Lol you can build full tank and do retarded damage on loads of champs from the jungle.
Super fun though!

Bard has achieved permaban status with me. When any other champ starts bitching that we've lost you can just ignore them, but bard can ACTUALLY do as much harm to your team as he can to the enemy, so if he decides to switch sides you're fucked. Free tunnels and lockdown whenever a fight is coming up, not to mention ulting their whole team when I throw my ziggs combo.
Good job rito, didn't see this one coming did you?

They know about it. But if someone decides to give your position to the enemy team, where the wards are, the objective timers, and on top of that run at them to suicide and make the game a permanent 4v5, that's just about as harmful. And I'm fine with that reasoning because they finally realised how much they'd restrain themselves if they stuck to it. Ragequit, intentional feeding, etc. are possible anyway, Bard can make it worse, sure, but you don't need to play him to ruin a game.
The more I play Brand the more I'm depressed by the amount of match-ups liable to PvE from the opponent's part because of his E range. She used her Q having lower cd and mana cost than Pillar to shove pre-6 (also Mantra), bought Chalice on first back, then did nothing but run whenever I walked up, even outside exp range, and spam Q at the wave then me. Man I just want people to remember LoL is a PvP game. T_T

Is Malz still stuck in his channeling animation then? If he can cancel it then you simply remove the damage component of his ult but not his suppression while Malz becomes free to damage other people.

It doesn't say it does.

malz is never technically stuck in his channeling animation, you can cancel ult whenever you want just by moving

I prematurely cancel Malz ult at least once a week.

i think they added a buffer where you can't accidentally cancel it in the first 0.5s or something
