Jungle Irelia has been pretty fun for me tonight. I essentially went Frog -> Wolf -> Blue -> mid gank -> Wraith -> Red -> Golem or top/bot gank. I have actually never played Xin before so I don't really know how he would compare to Irelia - but I suspect it's pretty similar, except he is superior. However, Irelia's CC (E) is on-demand while Xin's W requires 3 autos, so I think there will be differences in how they gank. As for me, I think she is pretty interesting to play. Irelia would have to Q in first though, likely being higher HP, which means xin cc is superior unless you came out of jungle at low HP. Xin has Q after that for knockup. Both E's slow. Also Blackberry AHGL team is now 2/0 in preseason. Probably stuck jungling/shotcalling for the foreseeable future because I ate 3 bans on my laners both games 
I'd think by the time Xin can make use of his knockup, Irelia would be able to stun with her E.

Also Cassiopeia is ridiculously strong after her most recent set of buffs. +5% win rate globally into the top 20-30 champions depending on servers at all tiers and 53-9% winrate and top 10 in most diamond level tiers. 57% in Korean Diamond. Freelo Ahoy, assuming you spend all your bans dealing with Akali, Fizz and Kat. :D

Yes I think in some situations I believe Irelia will have an easier time, but for the most part Xin feels more reliable.
I could be wrong. Never played Xin before.

I bet it has more to do with the jungle changes that killed most of the early ganks.

Yeah on this notion I been trying to figure out which champion I wanna play. Been spamming games like a mofo the past 48 hours. After a fuck ton of losing and being super rusty and terrible I decided:
- I still suck and hate the duo lane.
- My heart desires to be the next faker and style all over mid lane but I suck with the kats, akalis, leblancs, ahris, and other assasin or other squishy mage type characters.
- I only win games from top lane or jungle with tanky champs or characters I can go fucking ham with and jump in with 0 fucks given. It is also way easier to call for top lane (gonna be my main) or jungle (def my secondary) than mid or what have you. Especially if I say how much I suck at the duo lane.
I have really been enjoying Aatrox top/jungle. He is so fun! I can just jump right in with QRE and W my face off clicking around like a madman laughing maniacally.
Also I REALLY like top lane Karthus. Just feels right. I can sit there and farm and then press R. No need to roam. No need to follow my mid lane. Just up there in the island pushing for days getting doubles from across the map.
Still got a BUNCH of champs I wanna try in the top lane, but for now if I feel like winning and not testing out - those are gonna be my go to champs. Wanna try Karthus jungle too. I think after I finish my list of champs Ima just pick 1 or 2 from the ones I really have fun with and then spam the shit outta them until Regi calls me cause he wants to replace Dyrus.

What happened was people started bitching they couldn't build any "good" items out of their cloth5 start and any time you mentioned Ninja Tabi they came out in drove to call you an idiot because Tenacity is a must have all game every game so you can get Tabi instead of Merc Tred. I've been playing on EUW for years and EUNE for months (when EUW suddenly decides that I've played too much for the day), and players' nationality is almost never brought up, even during the worst games. Maybe people on EUNE seem to really hate Poland for some reason, but on EUW it has been months since I saw someone go "f*ckin french" on someone else.
This might be surprising to people coming from places where blaming neighbor countries for their problems is daily routine for their politicians, but people in EU overwhelmingly don't care where you come from.

Nationality based toxicity need not be so simple as "gods we hate se Germans" but that does not mean it doesn't exist. For examples of more direct kinds see why thorin no longer casts for IEM. For less direct kind see any kind of cultural difference that would come out in rants.
Aside: as much as I would love it if the democratic states just fucking ditched the republican states, it's not the case that American politicians blame all our problems on other nations. We're still one nation for now.

"Polish" is pretty much synonymous with "bad" in the czech league of legends community. It's hilarious and it's not racist, because the Polish aren't a race, so all's good.

Your Elo is lowered if you play a "new" (eg. you can have 500 ranked games with it, if it's your first time in teambuilder it'll apply the reduction) champion / position (or role, can't remember which one) for the first 5 or so games. I crushed a lane (then more or less a game) playing MF despite being legit 200+ Elo lower when playing AD compared to my other roles, and lane was always simple in these games.

The item is very gold efficient if you use all the stats, probably because it was relegated to a support item while everyone was getting Athene's. Now that Athene's is a shell of its former self, Morello is having it's time to shine.

It is also an artifact of how mana regen stats scale now. Riot balanced itemization almost entirely around the idea of stopping early mid game season 4 Athenes "infinite" mana but scaling doesn't stop until super late.
My main, Lux, has starting mana regen of 6.0 but at level 18 it is 19.6. This means the value of percent base regen scales up almost 330% from level 1-18. Basically it is impossible to have strong regen at the old 13 min timing but late game 200% increase from double morello is bonkers.
