At least it made the issues of mobility creep pretty clear. Impossible to even try to farm from level 2, be it in the middle of the lane or under tower.
Aside, from the lane Naut problem, mobility isn't even the problem with Gnar though. Stupidly long range poke with a stupidly low, albeit conditional cooldown with no resource cost is a good place to start. Plus Mega Gnar does far too much damage for his CC, which he has a tonne of.
Well he basically got through dshield+ruby+200+ HP W shield when he hit 6 as mega. Hell, just right-clicking me without spells he was outdamaging me while Mega while I used E and W! x) W procs where the worst by far though. He'd basically destroy my shield with just that.
Picked Taric when I noticed I was support against Graves. Man these E range, W/R radius, Q/E mana cost and cooldowns. D: I remembered Taric being fun but he feels pretty squishy and he's so reliant on hitting 40% CDR while still needing tankiness. Not sure why Riot made him so farm-dependant when they remade him, I kept wondering why I wasn't playing Braum instead. I know Riot don't like his kit and would rather make his E a skillshot before anything else, but still. ;_;

Can you expand on this because I really have no idea how to play support at all and I mained ADC last season

Haha, no, there was an argument a couple weeks ago. Some maintained you weren't coming back because you prob ably could have pmed a mod and got unbanned ages ago.
regarding to kalista hopping, i am using A click > right click to kite, and somehow the left click keep fuking me over again due to the passive because of the cursor change during the attack animation. Is there a better way to hop?

In an organized bot lane, the support position tends to be more cerebral while the AD is more reflexive.

yes. the 'attack move click' input (shift- right click i believe, or you can rebind it, mine is left click). This method lets you attack the closest target and then hop in the direction of your attack move click input. this has some strange interactions, i suggest actually clicking where you want to hop. not very useful in lane, as you will probably want to pick your targets more carefully. in a team fight or 1v1 situation this is amazing.
here is a short video that shows what i mean:
edit: shift-click should work fine, but if you want to kite with 1 button press here is a short guide to setting that up. it might be possible to do this in settings now, but im not sure. this method in the reddit link is simple and works.

Gnar is strong but complaining that he wrecks to lane naut is probably the least damning evidence against him I've heard so far :p
More like Naut could actually pass the Renekton bar in the past when he was supposed to be the standard you have to survive to lane top. He doesn't survive the standard anymore. Then again I guess you could also say that with all their PR bullshit about the "Renekton bar" Riot managed to worsen it. Wouldn't be the first time. x)
I never watched EU LCS, but I played with him in an aram once, and BM'd him really bad, and he told me I won the internet. So that was pretty cool. Sad to see him go

1. Hit your shit 2. Ward your shit 3. Support your shit (ad)
"Hit your shit" needs to be read not only as "hit your skillshots", but also as "go in an start hitting". Passivity is the most common problem of people who do not main support.

yeah, even if you're not supposed to be "hitting" anyone because you're melee, a leona/blitz/alistar with no understanding of positioning/zoning that's just standing behind the adc is probably the most frustrating and useless lane partner possible.
