Does anyone know how the dodge penalty reset works? you get -3 for 1st dodge, -10 for second etc and it resets after 24h. So if I dodged 1st game at let's say 1PM and another one at 5 PM, will I get the higher penalty if I dodge on the next day at 2PM? Will it be -10 or -15?

Yeah I noticed that the other day I usually check to see if the jungler is duo with my lane. I am surprised it took them that long to block us from seeing it considering they stopped letting u see other peoples ping as part of there "we don't want anyone's feeling hurt" and calling out toxic duo q's falls under that policy for sure.

Tanky AP with subpar damage, works alright in the jungle but I wouldn't take her mid or top.

mid she has some good matchups (fizz and tf for example), but outside of those, just don't.

she is a decent enough jungler. weak pre-6 but after that smooth sailing. out of the assassin junglers she's probably "the best" right now. (which, granted, doesn't mean she's good compared to actual junglers)

I don't completely agree with the guys above. Diana is one of those soloQ picks that actualy works good enough if you like the champ and put more than average effort in it. She is neither freelo, nor meta champ, but decent diana player can definetely go over 50% win rate, she has what it needs to go there:-)

Diana is one of those champs you just cant blind pick early in the draft. I'm 11-5 with her this season only picking her into Fizz or Zed and the occasional jungle, when you feel you dont need much pressure pre 6.
She is esp great vs Fizz and can shut him down completely. Vs Zed its a little bit harder since he can outsustain you but when you get Zhonyas you can easily 1on1 him and bring more to a teamfight than him.
She is def not weak but needs the right environment to shine. In all cases you need Zhonyas asap.

So Diana used to be broken because she could all in most ranged mid laners at level 6 and her opponent has to blow ult to stay even. But Diana's R has about 20 seconds cooldown while most midlaners have 90-120 seconds ult. So all she had to do was to all in again after 20 seconds and win via cooldown mismatch.

After her damage nerf she can't really all in and win anymore. This, in addition to that she lacks good tools to outplay traditional midlaner (no ranged cc or playful trickster) made her really hard to excel.
