At the top yeah, toss didn't do much.
Toss thrashed most C/B level turnies though. So easy to just lose automatically to reavers / dts / carriers.
Terran / zerg lacked the ability to just win with one micro play / mistake.
I mean, lurkers / mines good but one miss play or oversight by other player and dts / reavers just won games. Toss matchups often were kinda like "which order will he cheese me in?" contests.
Which was fair, cuz toss couldn't really match the lategame of mech / defilers.
In mistake free games T/Z tended to be better, but as more mistakes entered into strategy / play P was better and better.

Toss would do better than Zerg with full armies actually, partly because Archons didn't care as much about defilers, and HT not at all.
The comeback was that if both lost a significant part of their armies, or they had to extend on an open map, Zerg's mobility and ability to rebuild instantly (or throw a pack of cracklings to destroy an expo faster than speedlots) would cave the protoss in.

Hey sufficiency do you have/can you calculate pre/ post change Viktor win rates? Might be worth adding a break on the sion patch too.

Also curious what champions do you ban so that you can't watch your team fail at? I feel like banning Yasuo's. They've been all bad recently on my teams.

I am loving this "Yasuo Lowest Winrate" QQ that is the new vogue. Who could have predicted a champion balanced based on near infinite spamming during the part of the game where most champions are focused on conserving resources would be volatile?

Hard to balance champ for sure, but it was just ridiculous. Could be like 50% hp jump around a few times and still all in a Zed who is 3/4 hp in enemy creep wave. I like the concept esp that you need assistant with the ult, bt he was just so fucking obnoxious to play against. And then there is windwall...

the last 20 yi games i've had at in gold/plat level had like 15 games where the master yi bulldozed through my team/enemy team every teamfight, around 4 games where the 18-8 master yi couldn't carry the 3-27 combined teammates and just 1 game where the yi failed
