I have the opposite impression. She offers insane kite and chase with almost zero mechanical requirement and has an AoE CC engage tool. She also has poke/siege. At lower ELO's these are two things that ADC's desperately need. Her weakness looks to be low range and inability to do damage through creeps but she will almost certainly win 2v2's with a support who can focus even the slightest due to her mobility and bonus magic damage.

Uhh, it's really weird to give a champion 100% perfect, mindless stutter step when it's such a major skill on every other auto-attack reliant champion.

its not like riot hasn't been trending toward making it possible for low skill players to do things they see high skill players do, without actually being skilled.

It also feels like it would be really clunky to play if any attack order you start is forced to completion before the game allows you to move.
Not something you can judge before playing the champion, though.

The ult on her looks like she can only target and move the champ she's got in the radius of the circle, so it looks more like a repositioning tool than a Kotl recall.

thats been the riot MO for the past year. I'd like to know the reason but i suspect it'd just be a bunch of buzzwords thrown at me like clarity and player experience.
its really interesting that "champion diversity" is one of the first words said in her reveal, but she just has expunge, nid spear/ nid auto -> insta pounce, and an improved version of hawkshot. her ultimate is the only new thing, and its mostly like a champion version of syndra's grab/throw.
