I guess I haven't done the math, but it seems to me that half of all Trundle picks being mirror matches would be statistically significant. Maybe if the number of picks were 4, I'd say "that's a weird coincidence" but since the number is 979 I'm saying instead that there's a factor-of-two error going on somewhere. Even if it's one I made, which is not impossible.
you realize that is 979 games out of like 55000 right? The sample of Trundle to other characters is pretty irrelevant in my opinion.

Basically, it was a roundabout way of saying "I think the cutoff is 1000 games instead of 500". Maybe I should have just said that, but luckily Sufficiency seems to have understood it.
And I actually don't care about Trundle at all, but he was the first champion whose win rate wasn't listed. On the other hand, I would like to know Taric's win rate. (In my sample of one game, it's 100%. )

Zizoz is right. I am changing it.

I never said he wasn't right, I just thought it was statistically possible for the cutoff to be correct abs terrible have played an abnormal amount of mirrors.

Yes but even so, if it says "more than 500 games" it should be more than 500 games, regardless of how arbitrary I made that cutoff.

my ideal build is: seraph, deathcap, void, boot, zhonya liandry The only one updated since the rework says they take WotA so they can 1v1 ADCs without ult. The author MASSIVELY overvalues SpellVamp to the extent of saying to always forgo Void for DCap unless you have SpellVamp quints.
The guide is also pretty outdated in general, doesn't even go over the new kit. If they actually updated anything, I can't find it.

When people talk about climbing the ranks, they say "You have only 4 chances of a baddie on your team if you're decent, while they have 5". They forgot the corollary "they have 5 chances of having a smurf eager to fuck up matchmaking on their side, while you only have 4".
I'm preeeeetty salty right now.

When I get decent games I guess.

It's pretty improbable that it would happen. The variance on these types of events scales with the absolute number not the relative number (also true in general, I haven't come across any that scale by relative value that I can recall)

Ahahaha, someone gets E'd by Syndra during his Vi ult on Scarra's stream and is "WAT - YOU CAN STOP MY ULT" in all chat. Such naivete, such innocence. I envy him. :')

I'm preeeeetty salty right now. you will get about the same amount of smurfs on your team though. the problem used to be duo q where if you and your duo was legit your team had a 0 percent chance of duo smurf where enemy team has a chance at a diamond smurfing on a silver account duo q boosting someone in gold/plat

No, assuming you're not a smurf you're more likely to play against than with smurfs. The end of the season can be really painful for this manner (lots of people buying rankings, lots of people playing alts to get rewards). This is also why they removed MMR penalties for dodging

There was a time that wota was only 2k gold (instead of 2.5k) for 80 AP and 25% spellvamp.
If the guide was written at that time, advocating hard for WOTA makes sense.

All guides on solomid.net that weren't made in S4 or updated for S4 got deleted, I think. Either way, this guide had S4 masteries and in the matchup section mentioned stuff for Nidalee that didn't exist pre-rework.

i cant get a game without an akali in it, good or bad, so i gotta ban that shit. Oh and I have lustboys smurf in my division which is kinda cool
