In my last games I've had spells not hitting people though the models clearly collide, and minions my auto kills (not living with a pixel of HP then a mage minion finishes it off) not credit me gold. Just like towers in order to take agro both people (the attacker and the attacked) need to be in range of the minions. Twitch wasn't close enough. | ||

Listen, as a Vi main, I can't tell you the number of times I've had Trist shoot me back with her ult while I'm ulting, or me getting CCed mid-ult by a Syndra or Lissandra, or DYING mid-ult and STILL having the ult finish (ie., lift into air + ground pound) even if the ult doesn't deal its damage. Or how her full power Q will go over the wide wall on blue side wraiths into mid (near the turret) but won't go over wide wall on purple side wraiths into mid (near the turret), even though the map is supposed to be symmetrical (mostly). Or how sometimes you'll be able to Q - AA - E (W passive proc) when you only right click your target once, but other times you only get Q - E. Probably the dumbest bug I had happen was I was trying to Q away from a Leona, she Zenith Blade'ed onto me as I let the charge go. The E misses my model (she aimed where I was at) but because my hitbox is still in that area the Blade connects. She is pulled along like she is supposed to, lands onto me, all the while the Q channel hits her and throws her in front of me, stopping my movement and her model blocks me from moving for .1 seconds, which is long enough for the Vayne behind her to Q - AA - E me into the wall and kill me. She is a strong champion, but damn if she doesn't have a TON of bugs, most of them on her Q and ult. | ||

Been maining Vi till seeing too many Ziggs/Tristana/Lulu/Thresh every team every game made her a liablity more than anything else (plus she isn't strong lategame anyway, unless you've got a bursty comp vs a non-disengage comp). Then again I've switched to Nautilus and his Q shares some bugs with hers (typically what you described with Leona; no need to dash though, just standing behind or to the side, as the hitbox doesn't start in front of them like it should) and I can't pick him early because I have to make sure my team has the common sense of not picking low damage champs afterwards (or Vayne when we have Morgana and they have Lucian+Lulu, that guy was adamant he'd win 'cause he "only had to farm" what a moron ><"). Since stuff like Ahri and Zed becomes popular again, I guess if Tristana is banned and they don't have Thresh or Nami for the disengage I can pick her. On the other hand after having more Nautilus' Q glitch out than work properly (friggin' anchor is inside the wall/the enemy champion's model, why the heck don't I get pulled) I'm wary of having the same happen with hers. | ||
