The thing about Azir is that soldiers don't apply on hit effects. So while you get a nice free 40% attack speed from nashor's tooth you don't get the delicious passive except when your soldiers are not in range.

Also, banner of command doesn't work with soldiers. Probably a good thing because they're untargetable.

A few months ago everyone thought Nid was weak ass shit. I'd hit spears, and often not be able to follow up.
She had like the lowest win rate in the game.

Her winrate on the 24th was like 45%. That's really low. In addition there is counterplay to Nid which is just staying behind minions. The hitbox is no longer so stupid that it hits you through minions sometimes. Cancer is stuff that makes you feel like you have no options. That makes the game no fun. Nid can't get in range post 6 in laning to poke many champs without fearing for retaliation.

In addition she has no CC so she can't support ganks except with damage. If you get some lifesteal to keep your health up, you shouldn't get so low she can outtrade some of the melee duelists.

Her mid game spears can still be considered annoying, but almost no one builds her AP anymore so the spear damage doesn't hurt, and the range, damage, and hitbox were all significantly nerfed in her rework. I'd consider long range APs like Ziggs, Lux, and Xerath to be far harder to play around. Lux and Xerath less for their cooldowns and mana costs.

i wish the authorities would be more interested in catching those ddos attackers, they cause a lot of damage, but all the police will see is kids shutting down a gaming website or a game for an evening and wont bother to backtrace.

The FBI was/is able to backtrack users of that TOR network thingy by very sophisticated routing analysis, but they only do it for drug cases etc.

if you're talking about the Silk Road case it's a little different. The guy who ran it got caught cause he got stupid. After he got caught and Silk Road got shut down, the FBI got their hands on a bunch of records, which certainly helped them track users. Plus, the whole Silk Road investigation was like...5 years long.

I'm sure they can still track ddosers who use VPNs, but it takes time and is mostly predicated on the ddosers being stupid and/or making a mistake.

Regardless, when the ddosers get caught, they will go federal prison unless they have a damn good lawyer or are based abroad in a non-extradition country.
