since 4.12-13 (not sure) i began having connection issues even thought my ping is stable (always ~50) internet works perfectly fine i lose control of my champion (often starts with "ice skate" movements) and have to use i use cmd > ipconfig /release + ipconfig /renew ,restart client to fix it,
atm it happens in ~50% of my games one reset fixes it for the entire game but it lost me countless of games when i dc for 1 min at the start it often means lost lane etc, today i got leavebuster massage which scares me because i dont know how to fix and it sooner or later they will ban me
anyone has any idea wtf is going on ?

I think I've had the same thing kongoline, it could be my internet though, not 100%. Just I've been playing league with no issues for a year then suddenly half my games I have huge dc problems.

this has been happening to me since around 4.6 i think, part of the reason i haven't really played since 4.6. apparently everyone i know on my isp has had the same issue for ages.

Seriously are Rioteers fucking idiots? Because it is becoming really frustrating to play this game. After some epic Kha'Zix nerfs i stopped buiyng skins. Now I slowly start to hating learning new champs - why should I invest time to learning new champ if he will be nerfed to the fucking ground?? (hi Rengo).
Am I the only one frustrated here? its basically this for 2 years, and every once in a while they make a big rework of something where the overall power increases. You can see the results of that in gnar, he has a bazillon things added to his skills, compare it to old champions like sion, who have very little.
Sion is a pretty godawful comparison tool, considering even "back then" he is pretty much a paragon of terrible design. There's several "old" champions that have reasonably balanced (or even overloaded) kits, like Jax.

Mini Gnar:
Q - enemy movespeed slow
W - self MS buff, enemy max %hp dmg
E - point and click dash, if used skillfully can double the range
R - increased W ms buff
Mega Gnar:
P - Base AD increase (!!!)
Q - (virtually) spammable enemy movespeed slow
W - short range stun
E - max %hp dmg and slow to surrounding enemies
R - Knockback + movespeed slow, stuns as well if hitting walls/turrets
Riot really went nuts with this one.

The fact that Mega Gnar has comparable CC to Leona and Nautilus tells you something is wrong. Even if you ignore everything else.

AFAIK it's skins that drastically alter spell particles?
It's in the name of not confusing newer players that are watching LCS, i believe.
