I'm asking if Riot's accounts have capped friend list limits, not what the normal user account's limit is. I've been capped at/near 300 since S1  . | ||

The main issue with the bug is that they can't replicate it, so they don't know how to fix it without just buffing Shen to say the only way his ult won't channel fully is if he moves during it (or prevent him from moving during the channel), the target dies, or Shen is stunned/dead/transformed. | ||
