The main problem is that Twitch is like MF, except his ult is basically a better version of her ult because it can't be canceled as easily and you can move around while it's on. The entire idea of having artillery-style spells is nice, but until there's a way to guarantee no poperino from Kha6, LB and co. or block CC, it's very high risk for a not-quite-adequate return. Xerath is similar in that you can blast people from miles away, but the overall lack of mobility really hurts him unless you build a teamcomp around it.

I couldn't Q to him so I tried just straight-ult clicking him during the animation (he didn't move, the 3 allies were stacked at the same place) and I couldn't hit him. I know he has his shield, but the sound didn't play and the shield didn't change colour like when you trigger it. That was weird since I thought he was still targetable, is that not the case? i believe he's untargetable but takes aoe dmg.

I don't understand this. Janna is bad vs Morg because Janna has neither the damage to pop black shield nor the tools to prevent Morg's engage nor pressure required to force Morg onto a defensive posture. Vs Janna Morg just builds damage and then murders her and her AD while Janna tries to send a tornado or ult which will stop absolutely nothing because Morgana has black shield and none of her engage/pick potential requires her to be in melee range. Janna should be good vs Braum because the bonus AD on her shield means that Janna's AD will always be doing considerable damage lategame, this negates Braums primary advantage of forcing ranged champions to go through him first because a straight up fight favors the team with the stronger AD. Because Braum does not have the tools to take advantage of Janna's weak laning janna and her AD will survive to the point where they can be effective and it also means that relatively weaker early game AD's can be picked Lulu should do the same (the 80-100 damage/hit from pix isn't insignificant) though she should also beat Braum in lane

Braum's tankiness and forcing the ranged to go through him means that in an even team fight his AD will tend to win. If the other AD is flat out stronger such that Braum loses that fight, the advantage of forcing the enemy to go through him is negated. The advantage is what is being negated, not the fact that you still have to go through braum. Though Janna can ult Braum away and negate that as well.

And then there's something they can follow along with for the rest of this split. Would help build "caster bias" based storylines, would help casters hype up matches, would help fill time, and the drafting could be pretty awesome to watch :D That'd be hilarious. I can see one guy interviewing someone like DLift why did he die so much, while DLift explains how it worked out since team won, but the caster gives him a dead cold stare explaining the last death cost him his win that week. Something like that.

Proceed to be useful despite being behind.

I guess if the koreans are doing it... Not sure if I really like that choice.
