On the other hand, I'm preparing myself for extreme disappointment on Riot's stance on Soraka. Their balancing history shows that they seem to dislike armor/mr shred as a mechanic for champions' kits. I sincerely hope that their "we may refocus some of the power value of Starcall into utility instead of damage" statement doesn't mean them removing the MR shred of the ability - though I'm like 75% sure they will. | ||

The other option would be to slightly nerf the defensive items (mainly Randuins), which is probably the better option but easier to fuck up. | ||

The bandaid was giving the late game ads 4% per level scaling but that doesn't matter if you can't attain the levels. | ||

Well, a lot of that was alongside base AS nerfs, which prevents item hard scaling. The thing about "late game ads" is that almost all ADCs are earlygame laning beasts even 1v1 (and particularly 2v2) because of the minion tanking mastery nerfs, and Armor rune nerfs. So, unless we want to give more Tristana-like midgames, its not necessarily needed to give them hard scaling. Edit: Popular ADCs. | ||
