If your team doesn't get dragon, a lot of the time you won't have vision of it and will need to do an estimated timing yourself. If you're relying only on Curse Voice, you'll be completely in the dark on the timing.
They could easily add a command like /dragon that resets the dragon timer to 5:00 with an option for like /dragon 4:45 etc if you see the enemy team leaving the pit and ward to see its gone.
Given the program in place, that is like 25 minutes of coding.
The thing is, I see it as a bad thing to have as a 3rd party program, because it obviously provides an advantage (and I dont care if you think its small like wei2 thinks), but not necessarily bad if its implemented as system that is better than the need to write into chat and then scroll through chat (which is a terrible system).
If the default UI contained commands like I said above and automatic timers or just a floating timestamp for me, it would be perfectly good, and an improvement to the GUI overall.

Except that dragon is 6 minutes, not 5. NOW YOU SEE THE FOLLIES OF CURSE VOICE.

Damn, and isn't cLutZ main jungle lol?
Uninstall internet!!

No, but it explains so much of my terrible plays when I do.

Get this man a beta key. He needs it.

I am pretty neutral about the whole thing. I don't think its service is wrong to have, though I do think it provides a crutch for people who don't know timings, I being one of them. But at the same time the UI is really nice so I'm going to use it anyways. The chat system is really sweet also but I'm really awkward about talking to strangers so most likely I'll never use that portion.

played another feral flare jungler. when is about the time I should be getting my feral flare? cuz I'm not hitting it til around 20 minutes, and by then it feels really mediocre.

Well, 5 more camps is basically +90 seconds, I would say. Each rotation is 4 camps which you can do in more or less 1 minute. Then you just need to do one more.

20 is already pretty good its way later if u are actually helping/ganking/dragoning

I think a more balanced gameplay of ganking/mapcontrol/lanecontrol, you probably won't get feral flare up til late 20's.

I think 5 more stack means a 1/5 increase. So if your normal routine is to finish ff in 15, now it's gonna be 18min, if your normal time is 20, now it's gonna be 24, if it is 25, now it's 30.
FF junglers are strong in skirmish 1v1, 2v2. By pushing the finishing time closer to 20or 25min when people group up most of the time, FF junglers lose effectiveness.

I agree with your sentiment. It seems that just AFK farming a FF is no longer the best option for most junglers.
Speaking of late FF, today I had a Fizz jungle on my team who carried us really hard and won the game by 28th minute. He never got his FF the entire game (he had Wriggle).

This is not the correct estimate. First of all, jungle does not start until essentially 2nd minute. Furthermore, you clear much faster as you level up - it doesn't take a jungle main to realize that the second time you clear buff camps, you do it so much faster than your first clear that you can almost always do an extra camp in between the buffs.

12 min i am not convinced. 14-15min is totally feasible for a fast jungler though.

udyr and nocturne can get it extremely fast compared to some of the others from experience

guess yi,shyv could also be added to that list

Udyr has one of the fastest jungle clears though i could see it being possible tbh. I feel like youre less prone to counter jungling as Udyr, cause no one wants to be starting wolves then have a pissed off Udyr turn the corner and start fucking them in the ass tbh.
