Ok, US is cheap to live in, but its suboptimal for building up any kind of savings i would think. Los Angeles is not cheap and has fairly shitty internet, of course you can live a few hours away and commute, I think Curse does this with Las Vegas.

If I were to guess TSM money > CW money. Also TSM would cover the housing which makes up a lot of the cost of big city living.

LA is not "cheap" but it's more affordable than most big EU cities by a large margin, especially considering LA county has ton of places that have affordable living. Though I'm not quite sure how feasible some of these places are, depending on the logistics of getting to the studio every week.

Curse used to but moved to LA beginning of Spring split. A lot of EU players are moving because better exposure- look at twitch numbers- and sometimes the competition is thinner at your position so you look like a god (Bjerg)

I'm not sure these changes will benefit them as much as they think. Too and xpecial are not bad players, they are just not perhaps top notch players. The situation seems a bit different from changing regi, who was pretty terrible, with bjergsen, who is a good player. Both these changes are bound to be much less drastic in terms of skill, and changing two players would mean a lot of practice to perform properly as a team

http://i.imgur.com/3HDXYx0.png I collected ~800k ranked soloQ games only for patch 4.6. The first column is the overall win rate of the champion. Each subsequent column is the win rate of the champion for a specific game length. For example, you can see that with Poppy, she wins ~40% of the time for games less than 25 minutes, but wins >50% of the time for games more than 35 minutes. On the other hand, Darius wins >50% of the time for games less than 30 minutes, but wins ~47% of the time for games more than 40 minutes. The green/red boxes follow this rule: if win % > overall win % + 2%, green if win % < overall win % - 2%, red Here's what I can see: + Show Spoiler + Twitch, Vayne, Poppy, Karthus, Veigar - late game monster. Heimer, Pantheon, Zilean - terribad late game. Urgot - WTF late game Urgot? Might be due to small sample size. Jinx - doesn't look that OP in late game. Shaco - somewhat expected. His early game is really strong; then he falls off in mid game. But in a very lengthy game, he can just BD and it's incredibly frustrating to play against. Tristana - a classic. Strong early/late. Sucky mid game.

Like, I don't think OGN would turn away an NA team from qualifying for Champions, but no NA team will move to Korea on the chance of qualifying.
