They seem to think build path and overall cost is why Randuins is the Armor item De Jure. That may or may not be correct, but that opinion is implicit in the changes. Aside: how is Morgans not on your list? his ult only goes up to a certain % damage increase so its not a huge buff, you can easily get that in a regular game too. he's more likely to get killed with more attacks in urf. however his poke game is redonk id imagine | ||
