You can't. They probably stored the data somewhere, but you can't see them yourself.

Damn. I wanted to see just how much Mundo's fallen off since the perseverance/cleaver nerfs.

Tip to be a gigantic cocksucker in soloq as heimer: start the enemies red level 1 on blue side... proceed to rek toplane

Thinking about the Heimer win rate makes me concerned about a potential bad loop that could occur in Riot balancing. We will use Heimer as a case study: A relatively unplayed champs gets a slight buff and visual update causing many people to play him, to much success. This success may be due to the champ actually being OP or just people not knowing who/how to play against him (i.e. people may learn smiting his Ult turret is very important like with Tibbers, or that there are a few types of champions that just outright beat him in lane). However, because there is a lag in learning, the twitch reaction of players is to ban him (causing the ability to learn to play against him to subside). This then causes anyone looking at stats at Riot HQ to see Heimer having a huge win rate and then becoming a high-priority ban status. This ultimately leads them to decide Heimer needs to be nerfed despite maybe never needing a nerf in the first place, and Heimer once again falls into obscurity due to being just too UP.
tl;dr As many people have said before, Riot should ideally give any change significant time to play out before making adjustments.
Edit: Clarity

Isnt the heimer problem still the same classic heimer problem? Either you aoe his turrets easily and he is worthless, or you cant and he is a nuisance with superb damage (also sometimes you cant set up turrets). Its kind of the problem with his design in general, because it should mean he will have hard counters and be a hard counter in a lot of matchups.

It's not a problem but Riot seem to think that it is.

Really. I am interested to understand why you don't think its a problem for this game.
I mean, for this meta its kinda silly because he is a counter to mostly picks that are already non-meta, which is kinda lame.

he doesnt seem to be a problem coming from mid lane, but if he comes from top and the team has 2 AP with him on it, it is pretty overwhelming. Pretty mch all melee champs die instantly before they can do anything. The few melee champs that can get around this are hard countered by zhonya's. So that is a problem as it is usually heimer's first item as his mana costs arent that bad.

Its ok that meta champs shut down half the hero pool but nonmeta champs can't?

This whole meta thing helps the player and Riot. From a pure business perspective, shuffling the champion pool periodically, yet keeping each period reasonable long, helps skin sales. From the player's perspective, it makes the game's contents narrower, so it makes the game somewhat easier to play.

I just have a general question.
So, I'm writing a Jax guide for tl so I'm just wondering who I can message or beg to help me check it and make sure it ends up not being a flaming turd.
I'm a Plat with 70ish games with Jax so I think I'm somewhat able to write up a noob guide.

Maybe you should take a fellow poster's advice.

Isn't Gragas supposed to utterly shit on Lissandra (and a bunch of other squishy, short-ranged, escape-less mages—Lissandra's E isn't an escape against Explosive Cask's projectile speed)? I managed to beat one after taking the advantage at level 1-2 then trading kills (getting fb), hitting 6 first by zoning him (despite the wave pushing towards him when we got back in lane) and from then on taking the lead. I thought he prob wasn't that good since I expected to be wrecked and it went way better than expected. No way does Gragas shit on her, not in my experience at least. I'd almost argue the opposite. I've played the match up a few times and it seems like at worst for Lissandra it's a farm lane. If Gragas wants to farm using his AAs (and get into melee range), you just Q him every time. If he Body Slams in, you just W -> Q and walk away. At 6 it can be tricky, because it's hard to reactively R yourself to dodge his ult, but it is possibly to get away with E after.
It actually goes surprisingly well, provided you don't eat too many barrels. I feel very confident when going into that match up.

Her auto range/animation is too low/long to the point where she is really easy to just q down whenever she goes for cs, and she doesnt have the damage to kill gragas. Gragas should stomp it pretty hard.
