Well I've seen vlads running heal/ghost and he used to run that back in.. uh... some previous season. Maybe s2. Maybe that's too long ago to count.
In any case ghost is certainly very good for him in a way it isn't for most other champs.

I can see lots of people running like, 1 CDR quint just to get an even 40% in their builds.
Going full CDR runes is kinda ehhh. Tops might do it vs. an AD top and AD jungle.

Nice. Can you sort by leagues? I'm thinking it would be interesting with a setup that checks pick order of champs in tournaments and matches them with the answers from the stats... if you get me.

I don't think these stats can be used for competitive matches at all, though. These are just a mixture of ranked and normal games played by (probably) silver-gold players.

Just had a game in solo que where we came back from a 15.3k gold deficit. Was very satisfying as the enemy gragas was shit talking all game.
However as was mentioned earlier, ran into another Hiemer top that game. 3-0 now in 2 days with Hiemer tops, I hope this keeps up. The last game was fascinating as the donger ended up 1v2'ing the top/jungle multiple times. The bush control is real.

Hmm. My thought isn't super formulated, but true, like that it would be a pretty useless stat. Anyway, I think pick order is interesting, perhaps in combination with a >D2> differentiation, to set apart if people counter-pick succesfully or not.

As far as I know, the Riot API does not provide pick order. Sorry.

Just in guys supposedly Morg support is not a thing but Nid support is. At this point in time I wonder if genocide isn't such a bad thing

I think that the way to balance it is not to mess with Heal at all (although I will give my proposed solution below), but to make cheesy 5 mid tower rush strats more doable. I'm not sure how you'd do that, but those are the sorts of games where Heal is a big priority (Heal is GREAT in ARAM) so it seems to me if you want to encourage Heal you encourage those sorts of games. Instead, they are changing Heal into Barrier #2.
This will never happen without changes to how the draft works.
The limited availability of tools for you to respond to the enemy's picks mid-draft means that with the current mode of drafting, deviant strategies like this are either so strong as to warrant first round bans, or so weak as to not be played.

I agree, which is why I think the way to go about making people take Heal isn't so much to change Heal as it is to change other parts of the game.
A really simple change that I'd like to see in the "drafting" is for them to not show champions summoner spells in the loading screen. Make it like items where you have to actually scout the enemy champion in order to see what summoners they have.
This is a really simple change and has a ton of effects that I think would be positive.
#1 - Increases the value of champions that can either lane or jungle, since it will give less information to the enemy team if you don't know who has Smite.
#2 - Increases the value of said cheesy tower rush strategies by allowing you to take a team without Smite without making it blatantly obvious in the loading screen what you're doing.
#3 - Increases the value of level 1 scouting, which will also increase the number of cool outpositioning plays and fights and such you see at level 1.
Seems to me like all of those things would be net positive for a very VERY simple change. For progames you might also have to hide the name of the player so the enemy team doesn't know who's jungling based on that information, but seems like that would be simple too.

Note on the tables, maybe try putting the champion name above the data rather then below? It's more logical that way, and it feels a bit weird to read all the data before knowing who it applies to, (although it does make a rather fun guessing minigame.)
