Their formatting regarding Vi is pretty bad: her Q's damage is 50/80/110/140/170 + 0.7 bonus AD, scaling up to twice the amount depending on charge time.
As is, we don't know if it's 50/75/100/125/150 + 0.8 bonus AD scaling up to twice, or 50/75/100/125/150 scaling up to twice + 0.8 bonus AD, which is a huge difference. She'd need 200 bonus AD to make up for the damage nerf at max level so it'd be a very slight buff at level 1 and 2 (where she won't fight anyway) and a nerf afterwards.
Cant take LMS hipsters serious.

1) That is just a tooltip change. They're basically referring to the tenacity she gets (which is her passive). She doesn't get any special resistance to knockups, nor do I expect them to try and code that in for her.

2) Are they trying to say that it's a bugfix? Because I'm pretty certain she healed off monsters anyways from her R (not that you ever used it on jungle monsters unless you were going for some super sketchy jungle Irelia), and is either just a tooltip change, or an ultimately meaningless change (since if you ever R, it's in a teamfight or on lane minions because way more heal anyways). Doesn't address anything that she actually needs. My initial assumption was it was a nerf from the 25% on champion value down to the minion value (10%).

Anyway there is no place in high level game where you have no escape, where your root need time to build up (as a jungler) and no sustain. UNLESS he is released with OP numbers. They should definitely make his E snare on base and buff lantern to make him "viable".

Also why is lantern made such a shitty item stats wise? What is the point of having the item in the game at all?

+ 100% AD scaling and basically no mana cost and a sort cooldown.
Oh, and if his ult was leveled as soon as possible it also made him the tankiest champion in the game in melee mode save for those with resistances steroids like Shyvana (or Olaf if he'd been like the current iteration), maybe Taric and Jarvan had more armour at the time with their auras.
