Because I'm pretty certain she healed off monsters anyways from her R (not that you ever used it on jungle monsters unless you were going for some super sketchy jungle Irelia), and is either just a tooltip change, or an ultimately meaningless change (since if you ever R, it's in a teamfight or on lane minions because way more heal anyways). Doesn't address anything that she actually needs. My initial assumption was it was a nerf from the 25% on champion value down to the minion value (10%). | ||

Oh, and if his ult was leveled as soon as possible it also made him the tankiest champion in the game in melee mode save for those with resistances steroids like Shyvana (or Olaf if he'd been like the current iteration), maybe Taric and Jarvan had more armour at the time with their auras. | ||
