Well it totally is though. Remember that video "The Koreans have discovered Yasuo" and all the Reddit comments were like "ohshit so genius what play holy god" but it was just a fed Yasuo doing fed Yasuo things that weren't very interesting.

That was hilarious it still does % dmg, i think it was the gate cd which killed him, i played some jayce recently and i felt ok in lane but in teamfights 16s poke even with 40% cdr just doesnt seem enough | ||

Lategame you dont even need to Q/E all that much, muramana active + w = someone is going to die. Q/E poke is nice but the 130% damage auto attacks with muramana ona like 3 sec cd is what made him ridiculous | ||

Jayce is tricky to fix because he is just packed to the brim with little things. Mana back on auto attack (why? his mana costs are tiny), 2 second slow on his jump, damage multiplier on his W auto attacks (wasn't a 6s CD max attack speed steroid enough?), % damage + a ministun on his knockback, don't forget Armor/MR shred when he transforms and bonus damage on next hit. He's all over the place. I think ideally if you were going to change Jayce you'd make his Hammer form much more relevant, presently you spend like 90/10% of your time in cannon/hammer respectively. | ||
