Really? ...wow. If this WIP notes are right Kayle on track for being the first mana champ to become manaless. Maybe if mana is so unfun they should just remove mana from everyone and be done with it. Not like kayle was ever super mana restricted anyway.
How is that ? Need to use e every x seconds, Your sustain also costs mana. Mana is a big issue on kayle.

if u actually play kayle u will see that at most 2 dorans rings solves all mana issues on her

Back in Season 2, you could have very interesting lanes, because it was possible to run stuff like Soraka/Kog'Maw which didn't make it a boring lane, because Kog'maw could play the lane by himself post-6. I'm clueless as to early S3 and before, I only started playing around the middle of the Spring Split last year I think, I wish Kog`Maw didn't just almost automatically most lane matchups, having to severly outplay a lane to make something work isn't something I'm willing to pull off unless I'm duo'd with a friend who mains Support :/ That was the thing with lanes like Soraka/Kog'Maw (and also Sona/Kog'Maw which was used by Team Vulcun a lot in the last season of LCS). The trade-off is/was an extremely vulnerable early-game with the benefit that if you went even in lane and didn't die or get ganked you would gain an insane amount of lane presence by being able to zone off with Kog'Maws ult and his absurd range. I really miss that time, because it relied much more on positioning vs dmg, as to now where it's positioning vs. CC. edit: question for the stream fanatics. Who's the most aggressive (in-game play, not IRL) streamer? I wanna see someone going balls deep all day. trick2g, but he's not even that highly ranked. he's like mid diamond?
doublelift just pushes his lane as hard as possible, and often he gets caught in like 1v3 or 2v4 situations, and outplays them constantly in solo queue.
zionspartan, he plays like that on stream, and in pro play. (though he doesn't stream that much).
|
Cool, guess I'll watch out for Zionspartan's stream then!
edit: tuned in, in time to watch him and Shiphtur dive and die. This is perfect!
|
ya my point was saying mana restraints is the complete opposite of a big deal on kayle
|
After playing for Over 2 years, time to finally give ranked a serious go. Main Account (Plays whatever, wherever) 1-1 Twitch only Smurf, 2-0 Sion Only Smurf, 0-2.
I'm pretty sure my Sion only is going to end up in Bronze hell judging by the teammates. Woohoo gg called at first blood.

I think the Kayle R mana cost thing won't go through; the Q changes definitely will (she is too bursty right now).
Honestly though, I'd rather see a slight increase in AP ration on her E instead of W. Increasing healing ratio is always a bad idea IMO.

I feel your pain, I once picked Ezreal/Taric into a Sivir, not my brightest moment.

Wasn't painful till much later, just... boring. Cait was horrible and rushed BotRK which obv. didn't help, but I was a walking ward in that lane, impossible to get presence unless when Soraka stepped too far (and even then I couldn't go for it because Cait wouldn't follow but that isn't tied to the match-up). So next game I dunked a Teemo with Olaf. :<

12-4 overall so far this season, with about 12 of those games being either kat mid or lee jungle how are you skilling and building Kat? what matchups? I generally QEWQ and then max R>Q>W>E, although sometimes I put a few more points in E before W max if I need the cd/dmg. Usually dfg -> zhonya build. I play Tiensi style, spamming Q on the other guy on cooldown in lane and try to beat them to 6. Won vs a Leblanc, Gragas, and Anivia, won lane but lost game vs a Ziggs. I usually go QWEW then W>Q> E. Going E on second level feels bad because people can charge straight at you if you do not have W for trades.... especially against melee champions. For builds it is either DFG, Zhonya, or HG first for me. On hard lanes I think HG is a bit better (especially if the opponent can CC your R reliably). DFG has way more roaming and kill potential though.
Now that I think about it, I've been taking E second to dodge skillshots from the champs I listed above. I feel pretty comfortable with it, it's only a one level gap. If it were someone who's going to all-in me at level 2 maybe I would take W? Although I'd probably still prefer shunpo to trinket in that case?

How hard was the promotion series? Looks like you sort of breezed through it :p

It was super easy, all of them duoQ with fR SôĄP, a support whom I played one tournament with. First game Vi, bot and top are doing well, but my duoQ partner in mid Lux vs Ziggs is getting wrecked, and I use my ult there 3 times without getting a kill because he couldnt hit binding for his life lol, I still get good ganks off and end up 10/2/13. 2nd game I am on Eve and he's on Thresh, I don't do that great but all lanes wreck really hard, easy win, especially Soap this time on Ziggs just keeps killing their Graggy 1v1 3rd game I play Vi and gank their middle lane Kha quite a bit, he ends up being 1/10/2 in a 23 minute game, so yeah.

is Ehomda the normal queue god?
