Problem with Frostfang: Lvl 1: 4 Gold Per AA/Spell, only can get every 10 seconds, passive not usable if you get a CS. Lvl 2: Same with 8 Gold Per In other words, the Passive is really difficult to abuse, because in real life you dont get a chance to do an AA every 10 secs or poke every 10 secs. You get to do several at once, for example Lulu would do Pix>Q>AA>AA in lots of exchanges (maybe even whimsy) all for 1 meager proc, then you kind of wait for a while. It gets really bad lategame. | ||

Pros will sometimes get Targons in this situation I think. This is true but as ArchAngelSC pointed out, you can technically get it twice every 10 seconds because there are separate cool downs for each champion, making it a bit more reasonable to achieve. | ||

Still doesn't do anything when you Headbutt the hyper fed Kennen away to save your teammates and they take it as a cue to attack and 3 pile on him to suicide as it's right what he wanted. But some CDR's so good now that it's really hard to get more than one source (including for a bunch of other champions, unless I go FH on Olaf and thus start shroud it's pretty hard to get CDR since the SV nerf). | ||

Pros will sometimes get Targons in this situation I think. targons is strong on a lot of people/lane setups ya but you see pros switch it out for talisman often too sivir renders it not a must have but the active is really just so good for forcing fights or disengaging or picks or a whole host of other scenarios, it's just so versatile and nice to have, kinda like shurelias used to be, just opens up more opportunities for the whole team for a very reasonable cost + solid cdr | ||

She already has the glitterlance for a multiple hitting slow, so you can use the active to either secure kills or peel for APC/ADC. The only main concern is that when you go deep AP, you want additional AP and the only viable option(s) (imo) is Twin Shadows and/or Nashor's Tooth which is pretty meh, considering tanky supports get stuff like randuins/frozen heart. edit: if it's somehow possible to maintain an AP-oriented build, it could be the new op. | ||

It needs some AP scaling or something. | ||
