You aren't Janna. When they all-in, you're not going to be able to straight stop it. Counter-initiate on their AD. Lulu does a boat load of damage if you don't die in the initial burst, and a timely hex on their AD will usually ensure that your AD lives through it, especially against Leona, where you can stop a full two passive procs with the correct timing. In general, I find that if they can't just blow someone up and have to chase, you're probably going to win the fight if you and your AD are both reasonably good at kiting. Also it should go without saying, especially in those lanes, but they beat you to 2/3/6 (they shouldn't), you can't challenge them until parity and will probably get zoned. I almost always max Q first. W or E second are both reasonable and do different things depending on where the game is going. I also run full combat runes. Doesn't really matter if you're weighted damage or tank (play appropriately), but don't bring GP10 runes into a kill lane. | ||

I don't see why not. Polymorph is attack+cast disable+60 MS reduction. Nowhere in the spell's description does it say it debuffs them, and Powerball when it's already rolling is just a buff on Rammus. | ||
