W for sure. As a rule, auto resets are god tier level 1 spells. W has a lower CD than Q, does more damage than shaft hit and roughly the same as blade hit, plus has a AS/MS slow which guarantees an extra hit, at which point you'll have 15% bonus MS from passive and can get a fourth hit if you want. I haven't played it recently but I imagine it works pretty similar to Trundle (except weaker cause no 75% slow or AD buff/debuff).

They said rune changes for 4.3 as is currently.
Darius gets a flat 5% MS per bleeding champion regardless of the number of stacks. It's still more than enough when fighting in melee range in a long lane though.
