EPTI also think Rango is 1.5, it's just he's so good in lane depending on if you want to penalise him for that. My own opinions ofc.

Eve needs DFG+Voidstaff to get to that point, without their ADC getting defensive item before that. That's so much gold required by Eve, it's pretty hard to get to that point, before ADC's pick up GA/Banshee/etc. IMO her real strength is just vision requirements to deal with her well. | ||

Ziggs is pretty good vs morde u can clear just as good but can poke at him better. | ||

No, but there are some difficulties to get to the item timing, BEFORE the ADC has their defensive timing, is when she's the most effective. Otherwise it's quite a bit harder to approach in a teamfight. That being said, she's annoying as fuck to play against, and if she does get that timing, she runs away with the game. | ||
