nunus base damage on snowball is pretty intense, da level 1 all ins against pretty much any lane but annie can be hilarious and really snowbally no pun intended ;/

The problem is that lucian sivir and jinx are short trade adc's. So AS in lane is not a big deal for them, so lane phase trades doesnt affect enemy adc's that much. As opposed to stuff like ashe, cait, vayne, etc.

after the nerf to rank 1 zap! I wouldn't call Jinx attack speed independant at all, and Draven gets rolled by nunu snowball, I mean you aren't going to dominate a lane with nunu but he is playable if your gameplan is to do sick damage to tanks with kog'maw with bloodboil + snowball peel.
lane phase (in soloq) matters about as little as it ever has since I started playing atm, sometimes you can get away with bullshit like lanes that just don't get crushed but won't win.

That's a bunch of weird leaps in logic. Sure those champions don't have special synergy with attack speed like Vayne, but they're still AD carries... Nunu turns winning trades (which those champs create with their burst) into kills by hasting him and his carry while slowing the enemy.

It's hardly leap of logic. The difference is stuff like cait does like 25% of their lane trade damage in first half second with her headshot passive to her Q. Then does majorty of her follow up damage is auto attacks. So engages are drawn out, thus hugely vulnerable to AS debuffs. While stuff like Lucian does 90% of his engage damage in like 2 seconds, with q passive w passive. E passive engage. All of which are not affected by his AS. Sivir in lane has Qdmg, then auto attack cancel, which is like 70% of her engage damage in lane. All of which are not AS dependent.
As far as jinx goes, she probably does get hurt by nunu AS debuff pretty hard in early level, esp if you're q maxing.

To me that would scream squishy with no armor or MR runes to start off with Oo.
Now Bjergsen is a much better player then me so i have no doubt he can make it work but I have to wonder if the 5% crit is worth the trade-off. The difference between 90 and 100% crit isnt that big in terms of actually performance.
