I had that problem. I just played around with the filters and it came back. To be specific, I think I enabled everything and then disabled sc2, bw, and dota. | ||

Given base movespeed is around 340 on average, its also close to a 25% increase that is semi-permanent if you use it correctly. | ||

I have all those runes you mentioned but find it hard to think of when to use certain ones. I'm quite partial to the idea of "cheese" with runes because I like risk/reward. LoLpro makes it hard to really catch anyone off guard though | ||
