Observing 6 hours of downtime already shows that the uptime isn't 99%, unless it's perfectly fine for the next 4 weeks. Which is what I was getting at with my post -- I don't think the uptime is actually 99% (disclaimer: I don't play on EUW so I can't say personally how bad the servers are) | ||

It's hard to say how often there's lag issues, because you don't particularly notice when it's not happening - if somebody told me that it was less than 20% of games though, i'd probably laugh in their face | ||
