Lucian's ult isn't supposed to outDPS his autos, it's meant to help kite and get hits in fights where he normally wouldn't. Lucian is a kiting/chasing machine who always has to be on the move, so his ult suits his kit quite nicely. | ||

They've barely touched her W since the re-work. Post re-work Sivir was played until they nerfed her ulti and the scaling/base damage on her Q a couple of times. | ||

Yeah, an auto reset is significantly worse than a toggle late game. I wouldn't say she's nerfed though. She got improvements in other areas. Her maximum potential is lower in that her total potential dps is lower. Take some of the newer ADC for example. They don't have jump escapes and people still play them and do well with them. Varus eg. | ||

Clearly this is my fault but what do. Passive: No longer grants armor, now grants % magic penetration and restores mana on basic attacks. Q: Can now be charged to increase the spell’s range. Mana cost and damage slightly increased. W: Is now a targeted AoE explosion that deals additional damage in the center and slows all enemies struck. Enemies in the center are slowed more. E: Is now a skillshot missile which stuns champions. R: Is a combination of Xerath’s old W and R. Immobilize yourself to gain a super-long ranged attack which deals magic damage each time you click the cursor for 3 seconds. (Max 4 shots) This is very intersting. | ||

I'm of the opinion that Sivir post-rework was a FotM fad, as tends to happen with reworks, and regardless of those later nerfs she would have dropped off. Reworked W was simply too weak late-game to allow a 500 range carry to remain viable.
