whereas for Ezreal it was phage > sheen > zeal. I'm still not loving the new phage, I just don't feel as impactful with a speed up as opposed to a slow. | ||

This will not be fixed by increasing sample size unless you do a full and proper VAR[Vector Auto Regression, which i think would be the proper method here, but it may not be necessary] To get an idea of what this means, think about some sort of study you wanted to do where you wanted to test whether or not culture had an effect on economic growth. So you went to three radically different cultures and measured growth over the years. Say in Canada, Pakistan, and China. Well the different cultures of each area basically run hand in hand with their different geographies. Because of this you can't tell whether or not any effect you make is because of the culture, or because of the geography. In the example instance we cannot fix this with a large sample size unless there are similarities across the regions which make the auto correlation imperfect or we add new regions which have similarities across the regions which make the auto correlation imperfect Within the context of League we probably have some randomness with which we can tease some more information out. But I am not quite sure of how precisely one would want to set up the regression to find that out or how much information we could actually get out of it. @spellsy if you have the raw data i might be able to come up with better numbers. i changed my lucian build from cdr focused to triforce-ie-lw (could get lw before ie), and dont think i will go back to cdr. triforce just feels awesome on him. he already is meant to kite and triforce helps so much with that. | ||

Impact: I wish to go against Reginald. He trash-talked on Dade's Zed, so I am curious how good Regi is with Zed. If this matchup really does happen, I ain't gonna ban Zed. I saw videos of him playing Zed and don't find it necessary to ban him. | ||
