I feel like once the bruiser in top lane buys Doran Shield and Tabi, they just run you over. @Jinx - she looks ridiculous at first glance, but she also has the WORST AS IN THE GAME - you are TOTALLY reliant on that machine gun passive, and your rocket launcher might have kogmaw range on demand but it doesn't have anything like Kog's typical AS or damage. Granted, only played her vs. bots so far, but being a no-free-gapclose AD carry is tricky. | ||

Depending on how they feel is closer to balanced, they push one out onto the PBE. | ||

There are other abilities where slight number tweaks can change an ability from OP to UP very quickly. | ||
