EPTWe do it every time and we are often completely wrong.
That said, from the little I've seen of Lucian, he seems pretty strong, and seems like his mechanical skill cap is fairly high.

They nerfed the ratios on his ult a bit and made it so the amplified damage only works on minions and not monsters. It's still probably a pretty high burst if you're willing to burn it for them (and it's not as crucial to your fighting ability as other high-damage spells like Rumble's, Fiddle's or MF's ults). | ||

K so his passive has no cooldown and gives him a second shot for 50%-75% bonus damage (based on level). This functions against towers as well as wards/anything you can auto. His Q and W can clear a wave rather quickly as well as his ultimate (sort of like MF ulti, can be used to clear waves, but shines elsewhere as well). I meant it's triggered, but it doesn't do bonus damage to towers the way Ziggs' passive does for example. | ||

Ziggs' passive does EXTRA damage to towers on top of the passive proc. A passive auto does more to a tower than do a champion or minion. Lucian's passive does the SAME damage to towers as a passive proc on a champion or minion (except the tower has more armor). This is what bonus damage means. | ||

He's got good scaling and range on his abilities though. | ||

If you're at 50 posts and you try the same kind of stunt, then we may just ban you. Harsh? Yes. Unfair? Most definitely. But that's the way life is. Learn to live with it. This also means you should think twice before calling that guy with 5000+ posts a jackass. If the guy's been with us that long, chances are YOU'RE the one being an idiot. Some battles are just not worth fighting - just move on. EDIT: Just as I post this roffles and PX both get banned lol | ||

If it's a one-time thing (and not used to eloboost or whatever) Riot probably won't care, but if you want to be safe about it you can buy a couple name changes. | ||

I've never liked the idea of saying X league will beat Y league Z% of the time, mainly because the percentage is made up. Obviously the Diamond player should be more skilled than people below him, but still... something like 1 jungle gank going wrong could severely set him behind in a game and not let him catch up. Some of my friends play mostly normals and now they're levelling smurfs because they run into Diamonds all the time in blind pick normals. | ||

On the other hand if we're talking about MMR's & ELO's, a 1500 (the Gold 5 minimum) will absolutely get demolished by a 1900 (I believe this is around D5 now??). | ||

Yeah, I figured it was kind of shaky, but the intention is pretty clean so I feel like its explainable if it comes down to it. Its not really a payment for the account or anything, more like a "hey we've been friends thank you for the time" thing. We were just chatting about it on facebook, and he was like "so do you mind if Jaims uses the account" and I was like "yeah he can have it, I'll sub if you need me tho" and he was like "cool" and I was like "cool" and then like 5 minutes later he's like "btw do u want Riot Graves" and I was like "pls I don't play AD" and then I was like "lol ok". Yeah, but the skill level between Diamond and Gold is just huge. Maybe like Dyrus makes an account and does promos and goes 10-0 then lands in Gold and can cruise his way up to Diamond in a few dozen games, but I don't think you can stay at Gold V for any length of time and get matched with Diamonds. You'd spend more time in promo matches than games for LP, and probability says you'll eventually move up. | ||

Anyways I played against a Lucian yesterday and first impression is that his passive is deceptively strong. With an early bork it hits harder than you think and his chasing/kiting is hilariously strong. Although his ult's kind of dumb if you just like sidestep it suddenly he's just shooting air for 4 seconds | ||
