Why can't we use its active on enemy champions too? Why does it have to build from Mana Manipulator? Mana Manip would make way more sense if it built into Shurelya or Mikhaels. The problem with Shurelya, Ohmwrecker, Mikhael, Twin Shadows, Will of the Ancients and Banner of Command is that while they're not bad items for a support to have, they need to have stats shaved off of them till they're brought down to that 1500-1800g pricepoint. Specifically they just give too much regen. The problem with Eleisa's Miracle is that it's just a completely terrible item and useless. The problem with Zeke's Herald is that its stats are just way better on a laner than on a support. There's support items in a nutshell. | ||

You could give it a long cooldown like 2 minutes or so and it would still be useful for baron dances. Put some HP and a little regen on it like every other support item in the goddamn game. There you go! | ||

There you go! The mere concept of Eleisa's Miracle makes no damn sense for support, because it's an item that's balanced on the basis that it has infinite slot-efficiency. This is LEAST useful for a support. A support is the last champ in the game that wants to be paying for the fact that an item takes 0 slots. | ||
