Hybrid pen are good on Taric if you're not running armor Reds. Stun, auto, W, auto. You shredded some armor already so the Arpen is going to be more effective and stun/shatter combo does magic dmg. | ||

I play him. Personally I think his heal is his strongest skill by far now, and everyone trying to play him by maxing w first now is crazy. It's only 40 extra damage and 5 extra armor per level, you don't get the obnoxious flat armor aura anymore without actually building armor. You're basically playing a gimped Leona if you max his w first these days. | ||
