Oh man, I hadn't thought about that. That will be nice actually.
Well Heimer is getting a full blown rework so that's why it's taking so long. I can't speak for GP, although at the rate they are retooling old champs I wouldn't be surprised if he gets something done to him soon(tm).

You can play both heimer and GP at any level. Instead of complaining and waiting for buffs, try to find ways to play your favourite champion. It's not like they are olaf level of bad or they'd be buffed

-mid running 25 flat AP runes (9 times out of 10 they'll also start Doran Ring) -whether certain champs (junglers, TF, Ryze) are running MS quints -whether their support is running gp5 quints, and how aggressive/squishy they're spec'd/runed -certain masteries are a big sign for how players play the champ, e.g. 21/9 vs 9/21 jungle Lee or 9/0/21 vs 21/0/9 TF
A lot of this stuff you'll see just by clicking on the champion in lane, but this saves you some time. All of these, especially masteries and certain rune choices, affect your lane. Trades bot lane are very different if the other AD is 21/0/9 and support gp5 quints 0/9/21 compared to AD 21/9 and support with AD reds HP quints 1/13/16, for example.
You should always check opponents' level 1 MS, AD/AP, armor, MR, items, and masteries. If their stats are lower than normal you can assume some combination of regen/penetration runes (now you lolnexus).
I just don't see how any of that really matters at any play except top level. There are just too big holes in peoples play to exploit that the tiny advantages you can gain by knowing this information is almost irrelevant. That's my view at least. It's trying to squeeze out the tiny advantages when you can focus on the much bigger ones and get a larger reward.
I don't follow...what's NOT good about knowing this? Knowing you can't outrun their TF/Ryze is a huge deal, as is knowing when someone is running a setup specifically set to all-in you pre-6 in lane. Most of the time this stuff doesn't matter (I mean, just about every AD runes the same setup with minor changes) but sometimes it does.
What other "big picture" advantages with bigger rewards are you thinking of, that's not how to properly lane against your opponent in the first 5min of the game? I'm only Gold but I still think about these things, and runes/masteries definitely affect lane trades and all-in potential. I guess your point was that you should focus on playing better, which I agree with 100%, but I'm saying that lolnexus gives you a free look at what to prepare for in a lane, before the game even starts.
Yea sorry I didn't convey my point that well. The bolded part was what I was trying to say. While it gives you information that you might not have direct access to early the relative gain over just focusing on improving your own play is small. Stuff like knowing you can't outrun someone is something that you should instinctively look at as soon as you see a champion.
I feel like it can even hurt your own play. You get bombarded with all this extra information that might not influence certain events but because you know this info that you wouldn't have before you overthink things and play worse. I'm just a sucker for simplicity really.
korean talk show with Nada, Nal-ra (OGN League Color Caster) and of course Yellow.(Ex Coach for Xenics Storm) but I assume y'all know who these guys are anyway
I'm not even sure what it would take to get GP really viable again, obv no animation on e, but what else? Maybe rebuff his passive so it stacks more? Even with that it seems like the arms race top lane means he has to build tanky to survive, leaving him useless in midgame til he can farm up items, by which point the game is probably decided. Plus the "stay in lane farming for 25 mins while helping team with ult" is kind of obsolete with how fast laning phase ends nowadays, combined with his lack of pushing power, wave clear, and tower killing means he can't even punish the enemy top if they leave lane. I guess he could survive mid but even then why pick him over any other stronger AD mid?

These guys were legends, pioneers, and an inspiration for an entire generation of gamers, professional or not. Here's to hoping there will be more of the same to come for the future, and that all the blood, sweat, and tears poured by these epic individuals does not go to waste. Here's to hoping that their successors build on their legacy, not try to leech off what they have built, and that these guys get remembered for what they were.

Never works for me
Its always worked surprisingly well for me, but you play with better people
It's also really easy to pick up a kill if you have a good timer on the enemy support's first river ward. When he goes in to reward (that's a confusing term), you can roll right up and murder him- Rammus just feels crazy strong in early jungle fights. I really depend on that kill to get going though.

Would you still consider triforce a core item on him? SoTL/Triforce or BT/Triforce?
What do think about tear and iceborn gauntlet?
(I've read the Corki thread, i want to hear some more opinions)
Rekkles builds muramana > trifroce > bt > lw.
btw Lucian is kinda cool.
Muramana's interesting on Corki, though he needs to upgrade Tear asap given he can't really stack it well as an ADC until level 6 if he gets it, and even then it's slow compared to Ez.
I'm sure it's already been mentioned, but Blade can never not be cool.
I'm bored so I'll write an evelynn guide, going to post skeleton later today and give you guys a day or 2 to criticize it. if we're fine with doing a new OP for Eve? the guide in old OP is horrrrrribly outdated
