I own her and like to fail at playing her support from time to time (and I know of a certain stalker who cries every time he sees a non-mid Zyra or a non-jungle Elise—play less Kha and more Zyra yo, that I send him stalk you), but the way she uses her plants is definitely not my playstyle. I like Syndra/Cass/Ori more for this, even though I'm still pretty terrible at the first 2. (And no, you can't chain it with a "Diana!" call. ![]() Only enough room for 3 - Vik, Annie, and Zyra are my top 3 most played. Then try out Ori. She's very good, although can be somewhat reliant on teammates. Lissandra is good too, but I'm bad at her, so she isn't top on my list. You could give Karma another shot =P On June 25 2013 04:55 AsnSensation wrote: what you guys talking about 3ds and sd cards, is it possible to hack the thing and play illegal copies? And it pisses you off for the first hour you play Melle after a long break (then you have to stop playing anyways because it fatigues your hands at like twice the rate you otherwise would have). Some of the other out of combat stuff is also annoying. Like needing to get tons of happiness on Eevee just to get some of the evolutions. Is there anything less fun than happiness farming? You can happiness farm by having them in combat though? Or just buy Vitamins and boost stats at the same time. I like a lot of the outside stuff. I liked the underground digging thing in 4, I like hatching eggs (unless you're doing really grindy shit like shiny farming, it's fun having an egg and eventually while adventuring it hatches), berry farming kind of sucked, but whatever. Contests are balls to me, but I know that a lot of people liked them, and I spent so much time in Game Corners over the last decade or so.

She was played several times in the EU LCS last week, so you can check out those VoDs if you wanna see some high level Lissandra plays. General tips though, learn when it's a good time to ult yourself and when is a good time to ult the enemy, it seems simple enough but I've lost fights for ulting the wrong target. Build wise I've recently been going double DRings into Abyssal Scepter and then Deathcap or Zhonya's depending on how the game is going. Alex Ich has been building Haunting Guise an her but I'm not sold on the full magic pen build. I had been going RQEW but I'm not sure what the pros level. Alex was going RQWE and only using E for escapes/initiations and never for farming so that's something to consider.

With that said, I still prefer her in top lane where her range isn't a liability. I build Zhonya's or Rod of Ages depending on how tough the lane is. If I go RoA first, then I go Zhonya's -> Abyssal, otherwise, Zhonya's -> Abyssal -> Liandry's.

I ain't into that illegal stuff, ya know?? I have OoT and Kid Icarus on 3DS. Luigi's Mansion does look good, and I'm definitely getting one of Pokemon X/Y in October. I was mainly talking about the single-player mode, not competitive battling, because if you're going to do competitive you're probably going to have to buy the latest gen anyway. Regarding entrance hazards: they're not all that bad. Spikes has existed since gen 2. Stealth rock is pretty bullshit I agree. If only they'd make more viable rapid spinners~ ... their main problem is that they can't just remove stealth rocks from the game (due to being able to import pokemon from previous gens), but I wouldn't be too surprised if it got a nerf for gen 6. The one good thing that came out of stealth rocks is that since so many pokemon learn it, you aren't constrained to opening with skarmory/foretress/one of the couple other pokemon that know spikes anymore. Toxic spikes are actually pretty cool because they have the counterplay of being able to send out a grounded poison pokemon to get rid of them. (Maybe if they made rock pokemon absorb stealth rocks when switched in ... hmmm...) And speaking of annoying in-game stuff, nothing beats needing to farm 9999 coins to get Porygon in Red.

I had trouble understanding exactly what you were asking for other than, "mid laners that I should pick up," and honestly I feel like Ahri is one of the more reliable mids to pick up for solo queue play. Safe laning, decent pushing power/wave clear, mobitility, and lots of burst. I don't think she fits into whatever Viktor's style is but I don't play Viktor enough to make a suggestion of a champion that plays similar to him. I just know that Ahri feels like she was designed for solo queue but she isn't as risky as like LeBlanc or something. Luigi's Mansion is great and is split into really manageable "missions" so you can just do one at a time and then go take a break or just marathon through several. Mario Kart is only good if you have friends to play it with imo. Lots of people like Fire Emblem Awakening, going so far as to say it's the best game on 3DS. I tried it and thought it was just ok. There are rumors of a Majora's Mask remake for 3DS at some point but nothing concrete. New Smash Bros will come out eventually (and probably be a disappointment). New Pokemon coming to 3DS at some point too. Oh and the most exciting game of all is the sequel to Link to the Past.

Vitiamin spamming is super lame as well, and if you are evolving an Eevee, the learnset can be screwed up if you level it too much pre-evolution. In any case, I usually just disfavor things that are grindy/mandatory. Like buying runes in LOL.

Super Mario 3DS and LoZ were fun, but yeah I mostly use mine for DS games since it lasts forever with the battery pack. Hyped for upcoming games though.

Except TWEWY, since you could just adjust your level to fuck with the game. Also holy shit there's a 9 Hours 9 Persons 9 Doors sequel for 3DS? Fuck. Yes.

But Viktor alone isn't enough. We're still in a Starcraft forum after all, so I'm looking to expand, and other stuff involving pools. However I am not Max and I'd rather take things slowly. So there are all those cool champions which I already own and love, because it'd be too easy to let you get away with "Play whatever you feel like playing". Something that doesn't make shoot my own foot, and also something that'd ideally complement Viktor well. (Viktor: strong trading and pressure at early levels, impossible to push past level 7, good roaming, powerful poke/burst during his midgame peak which he reaches faster than most; low effective range, hugely ult-reliant, falls off earlier than most and somewhat hard, no instant cc (only an interrupt) nor initiation potential.) Leaves me with Brand, Cassiopeia, Morgana, Orianna, Ryze, Swain, Syndra, Talon. + Show Spoiler +
Apart from the obvious stuff (weak to mobility so Kass/Ahri/etc. annoying, strong against early-level Lux/TF/etc., Orianna is a safe fp, yadda-yadda) I lack knowledge of match-ups and dynamics with those champs, and I'm not yet too sure about which are bad for Viktor (tbh unless you're facing LB or Veigar the enemy jungler has more impact than the match-up), so I'm not really sure which one would go well with him. Who's a good candidate to cover my favourite cyborg's back? D: orianna. hands down one of the most satisfying and fun champions to play. my goto mid champion by a large margin

It had its faults, but I'm hyped as hell to go get this new one + Show Spoiler + and let it set on my unplayed games shelf next to 20 other games
