The enemy will be able to immediately identify this the moment they see your lanes have buffs but didn't steal it from them. The lack of jungler pressure means that your lanes will need to play more defensively as a result as the opposing jungler will have greater influence - which just removes the lane pressure you obtained in the first place by getting buffs. Giving buffs to the lanes has been done in the LCS before but generally it's something along the lines of your jungler starting Red or stealing an enemy buff and one of your solo laners takes your Blue Buff. The Blue Buff solo laner is generally someone who can farm safely from a distance (Karthus and Olaf have been examples) who then takes a 1v2 lane which helps neutralise some of the pressure in the 1v2 lane while also letting you apply harder pressure in your 2v1 lane. The main question though that comes to mind is if you're want to get greater lane presence due to a buff, why not just steal it from the enemy rather than sacrificing your own? First and foremost, in high level play you can't really guarantee what will happen at level 1. Most games involve either mutual theft or a minor skirmish. Even when nothing in particular happens at level 1, invasions are risky and require team coordination to avoid an easy first blood for the opposing team. You can't really guarantee that you'll get 3/4ths of the buffs unless there's a huge level 1 strength disparity, a decisively won skirmish/first blood, or just pure apathy from the enemy (and even in these circumstances it can be chancy). Secondly, it's not as huge a loss for the jungler as you might think. They'll still hit 3 in fairly short order clearing the small camps, and so long as whichever buff they lack isn't vital to their ability to gank it's not as though they can't punish an overaggressive lane. Finally, the amount of immediate pressure that can be applied is considerable, given the right matchup. While some small amount of global pressure may be lost, the drastically increased pressure mid and the control it can give your team has great value. Pressure in one location has global ramifications anyway. Ketara and I have actually tested this a couple of times, passing Red to Kayle mid, double level 2 ganking to take the enemy mid out of the picture (provide Ketara didn't murder his opponent solo), and finish with a jungle invasion to secure another buff. It's not foolproof and has kinks/counters, but it's not an idea that can or should be dismissed.

Oh I know that, but her Q laugh is much better than her control + 4 EDIT: nope she doesn't laugh when you do that. I guess they knew it'd be OP. Speaking of Poppy why is she not viable? Everyone around her gets nerfed hard so hrm

But if you could figure out a safe place to stick her til she hits 5k gold or w/e, it's free sailing.

I'd have thought that she can 1v2 all right because she can lasthit well under turret, shrugs off AD harrass, and is immune to towerdiving.

People can just force objectives on your team all day until you have like 3 items and level 11.
