I don't get how to play against draven in lane, I tried picking Caitlyn but the other side had blue golem advantage and morgana support, draven just runs all over the place without a care in the world. Is the idea to just try to chip away at him without having to worry about his blood rush all in? I'm assuming why you pick Cait seeing how that's like her entire job in lane.

Yea, Riot threw nunu out of lane, or at the very least is actively trying to.
I do like AD Kennen though. So sexy.

Yeah, kennens base attack speed is strong as hell.

There are lots of role ambiguous champs in League, just not a lot who can do more than two roles. I'm not sure what you guys are harping on about this time.
In fact I take that back, there are quite a few who can do more than two roles.

Nearly every jungler can top lane pretty well. Several junglers who can top lane can also mid lane (J4, Lee Sin, probably Zac).

laning requires a bit more brain capacity than before though

Had a game where we were getting ROFLstomped (like our top lane was 0-9 at 12 mins), and still ended the game 10-6-1 almost turning the game around multiple times. Going to have to do more with this, that burn from Lizard Elder is so nasty with Hate Spike. See, the thing with eve jungle isn't that it's amazingly good. It's just the simple fact that it's Eve. She forces every single enemy laner to play like a massive pussy, waste so much money on pink wards, and just gives your team a massive edge in lane by the simple virtue that you're Eve. That's it. There's nothing that redeeming about her otherwise. I think you and me may be playing different versions of Eve. The one I have been playing is a monster with a reliable low mana aoe clear, a free super chalice, invisibility, the ability despite being melee to stick on anyone at any time, a MASSIVE speed boost, a MASSIVE attack speed boost, a reset on the speed boost that makes it one of the best disengages a jungler has, scales with both AP and AD, AOE slow with % of current healh nuke, and makes insane use of Elder Lizard and Liandry's, etc...... She's got to be the best non tank jungler in the game with Diamondprox build. When jungling Eve I noticed she just loses so much goddamn health on her first clear, and that spellvamp doesn't do anything for her. It's not even about the Incinerate passive: currently Elder Lizard's AD gives you as much damage on Q and 5 less on E than Spectral Wraith's AP, but your autos hit 45 damage harder, which scales with E's AS, and the 14 hp5 + less HP lost on camps since you clear much faster more than make up for the "lack" of spellvamp. Just a bit of math—Incinerate is annoying tho (esp. when your team decides to let the enemy push them from the first wave when you're Naut and gets shit for leash zzz).

Key words: "pretty well".
Olaf used to be strong jungle +top. Nunu Jungle + support. Ali Jungle + Support. Soraka/Janna/Lulu support + solo. Lee used to be strong jungle + top + mid.
I might be wrong, but I suspect that Riot wishes to pigeonhole champs for easier balancing.

I've been winning with cho lately because no-one in silver seems to recognise how weak he is. I scream at someone and they run away instead of blowing my ass up with whoever. The less popular he is the worse everyone plays against him so its all good for me.
That and getting rid of all the vorpal spike nonsense and going back to good old fashioned scream trading in the first place.
