If Diana pops all 3 orbs and instantly refreshes her shield, her new shield gives only 45 more shield hp. If Diana loses the shield before popping the orbs she loses out on 110 shield hp. She also loses a significant chunk of damage. 40 damage on passive and 30 damage on her W. It's just a big nerf all around. I don't like it, but it was not unwarranted. Bleh newbs blowing their taunt on creeps  rubbish.. it defo slows down your jungle and his clear time was already pretty awful.. I am so glad that diana got nurfed, she was a joke imo, strong tanky, crazy damage.. she basically hit 6 and could 1 shot most ap casters in mid.. (bit like akali) expect she has decent early game laning which basically makes her soooooooo strong.. The rest of the changes i am not too bothered about but i am glad they are trying to make other ADC's viable.. would have loved to seen a lil lux nurf or a correction of her ult which always baffles me, feels like i could be top lane and she shoots it down mid and it still hits me >.> | ||

I'd say go for Diana, she's still pretty damn strong despite the nerfs. Her previous nerf (before re- buffs) on her range was really annoying because you couldn't jump over drake/baron pit and some other sweet spots but tweaking some numbers won't make her UP unless they keep nerfing her at least 2 more times. She has so much for "free" is obscene. | ||

Did you share your password with another game? A server breach on a different game could cause your LoL account to be compromised even if Riot does nothing wrong (which is why you should never share passwords). I changed my password on LoL as soon as I heard that Blizzard had some kind of server breach; luckily, I use a different login name on the two services. The other possibility is that he knows enough about you to convince Riot support that he was you, but if it was a random attack I'd doubt it. | ||
