Sejuani is going to be such a beast. She was already criminally underrated and her new passive and W will help with early clear/presence problems she has currently. Ultimate change sucks (you could come into a fight from a long long way out with the old ult) but on the whole she's gotten a lot stronger.

I know League point gains/losses are a done to death topic, but is it normal for both gains AND losses to be dramatically lowered when changing a division? I just jumped to Silver 1 and I'm receiving very low amounts of LP for wins (7-9 points) and slightly less for losses (6-8 points) after having gains/losses of around 15-25 the rest of my progression. Is that a result of that "clamping" Riot has been talking about or have gains and losses always been that low when reaching the top of a tier?

Potion inventory nerf affects Akali the most, followed by Katarina IMO. These 2 champions rely on 9pot+2ward starts (at least that's how I start with them)

Kat can almost definitely get away with rejuv 5pot ward. Akali might be able to as well.
