Correct?
I seriously doubt it. Yes. This is the case for all aura items. They stack, but only on people that own the item. As the explanation, this mechanic is to prevent the unintuitive result where upgrading an item would cause you to lose stacks. WotA's a good example. Pick+Gunblade gives you 65 AP and 12% spellvamp. If auras only ever single stacked, and someone else already built a WotA, then upgrading it would cause you to lose 15 AP and 12% spellvamp, since most of WotA's stats are in the aura itself. Since the design of the game is that every upgrade should be a strict increase in stats*, this doesn't work. This is confusing. If you grab WotA and your ally does, then should the aura work twice on you?
Yes. You always get your item's aura + one unique aura for other ppl's item (so if everyone buys aegis, everyone has their own aegis buff + one from a teammate for a total of 2)

And Blizzard wanted to do the same thing as Riot's LCS with their WCS... except they fucked up by not locking regions, so Korean players swarmed NA and EU WCS qualifiers for easy spots (and easier money than in Korea). They are locked to regions they compete in. They cannot compete in any other region. So if they decide to be in NA, they will be stuck in NA region, and cannot compete in others. It's an interesting method to bring in better competition to all regions. I don't know if you can call it successful or not though. I think the idea is that it is a lot better to see good games overall than it is to see the weaker regions getting destroyed on the world stage. Even if it doesn't make sense for a Korean player to be qualifying technically as a NA representative. Since these qualifiers are played through their respective region, they have to deal with latency issues as well. Still they are winning. Oh, I didn't mean to say that it has no merits, however it makes some people afraid that Koreans would be able to take over the whole scene if they wanted, due to how the average level is so much higher there. In turn, this would hurt the "foreigner" scene, in the sense that while it'd still be the foreigner scene, it'd be toped (topped?) by Koreans making it increasingly harder for Americans and Europeans to reach a level of success where they'd be able to live off of SC2. Not sure how it's turning out (I stopped following SC2 longg ago), I just remember that it was amongst the fears expressed whent he system was revealed.

I'm starting to think I don't like how hard it is for mids to do wraiths in season 3.
I mean, I understand where Riot is going with it, they want the jungle to be farmed by the jungler and not have games where all 3 lanes are sucking up jungle exp/gold thereby making a ton of junglers non-viable.
But the issue is, in season 2 every mid could farm wraiths pretty reasonably. Now there are some that it is ridiculously difficult on, and others that can still do it super easily from the start of the game (Zed, Zed, Zed and Zed)
It bothers me when I watch the enemy mid take every wraith camp when I'm playing a champion that just cannot do that.

One game with Zed for example the mid was just a farmfest and so I took wraiths every other wave and wolves every other wave and by around 20min I was 50+ minions ahead from just that. It's kind of stupid how wraith-clearing is now a requirement for a good mid, pretty much.

I was under the impression that Wota is an exception to the rule and that if you have an aegis, you do not get the aura effect for yourself but only for your allies (while still getting the buff icon). Is there any way to check that? There was conflicting info e.g. here in this reddit thread and I am now thoroughly confused because I initially thought that you definitely get the aura effect as well as the item holder.

They removed bulwarks stacking at the start of the season, then let it slide back in, I think they reverted it back so it didn't again, and now they do again. Confused? You should be!

Rylai is core. I really like the spirit item that gives ap/cdr/spell vamp (can't remember what it's called). Tear is quite good, obviously.
I prefer maxing E first.
I really should play her more, she's tons of fun and I used to be quite good at her early S2

pretty sure spectral wraith is core on her. she has one of the highest baron DPS and spectral wraith only amplifies that

It's ironic that Sejuani melts people when she's an ice champion.
S2 Finals, TPA vs AZF Game 3 when TPA forces a 20 minute surrender out of AZF.

Ok, decision time, do i buy a runepage or an awesome flashy champion? I have 3 pages, 1 ad, 1 ap and 1 "util" which is basically tanky junglers or support.
Thoughts? XD

Zed is just BS in general. We need not make decisions based on him.

Double dorans on cass is probably better then tear until really late.. You have too many core items to be able to justify early aa and double dorans is a massive power spike for a champion who is already strong early.
Edit: also tear makes you so vulnerable until you get giants belt.

Thoughts? XD Runepage is head, Champ is tails. Now go flip a coin. When it's in the air, you'll decide what you want.

I'd love to see a match between two teams: bo7, no bans, champs that have been played can't be played again. Wouldn't mind seeing some normally unplayed champions at work ^^
