Easier to blame BR for suck than to blame self for suck

This. There are games you couldn't win even as a challenger tier player, but those are few and far between. Matchmaking doesn't discriminate, if you've been there for 20+ non-streaky games, generally you're just as a bad as everybody else
The thing I'm noticing the most is that Sejuani is now not rewarded for horribly missing her ult. By far the most annoying thing of old Sej. Her new Q looks responsive and like an actual dash now.

paiN isn't bad, but they are a bunch of assholes. I've gotten queued with them a few times in solo queue and have never had a good experience with them.

Sejuani's (old) ult being so forgiving was why they felt they couldn't add more power to other parts of her kit.
And dat flash instead of clicking thresh's lantern, lol.

paiN Dash9 SAGA RIP
the 4 tags you hate seeing in soloq because you know your game is going to suck if they're on your team.
If you guys were wondering about the gold exploit that allowed people to get a BF sword at level 1, someone posted the details (just as Riot is getting the hotfix out):

say you go down -50 wins(cause -100 is ****ing extreme, thats ****ing 1000 elo at 10 elo per loss) in over the course of 2 months, which can happen because of 2 main reasons, 1.u stop tryharding playing drunk, playing "fun" champs, basically not giving ur 100% 2.u got lucky and got carried to an elo u dont belong
if the cause of ur drop was #2 than kindly drop down to ur "true" elo if the cause of ur drop was #1 than it shouldn't take u as long to go back up,since ur 500 elo below ur "true" elo u should be able to easily maintain 80 to 90 % winrate till u close in on ur "true" elo
so his point is not valid, its just an excuse for being bad
also if ur talking about a new player that just started ranked whos "true" elo is below 1200 and dropped to somewhere below 1200,and is struggling to break out of that elo......GUESS WHAT ITS HARD CUZ UR "TRUE ELO" IS LOW its not because of elo hell its not because of the brazillians its not because of ur teammates its because ur close to or at ur "true" elo stop blaming stuff beyond ur control if u can't accept the fact ur bad,u just make it a million times harder for urself to get any better

Yeah that post really rings true to home. When I was a 1400 shitter and started trying hard to gain elo, I would track my progress with the LoLking ELO chart. I had a trend (and still do) that when I climb, I go hit a peak of say, 1600, drop down maybe to 1500, then just start winning again to 1650, and the cycle would go on and on for a while, trying to improve myself and playing a lot of this game. Getting good teammates can help you hit a peak, sure, but you won't stay there unless you know how to. That's why even when I see shitters like fabbbyyy, you have to wonder, how does he stay in this elo? He's doing something right, you just don't know what.
tl;dr if you think you can be high(er) elo, prove it.

im not blaming br for my elo being bad im blaming them for wrecking the ranked games i had them on my team in i gained overall today be it only 10 lp but as is started with 2 losses both teams had 2-3 BR then i won 3 games in a row so yeah.
My elo has nothing to do with brs just those ruined games were.
