I'd go so far as to say that have more of an impact than top lane.

Unfortunately, the problem is teams are probably best at throwing away the good work of a support. This is the same reason you don't play Nunu jungle in soloq (even when he was a strong Competitive jungler).

As far as laning goes, supports are expected to have lane presence - well, every lane needs lane presence unless you are in a situation which you got counterpicked so hard that you don't care anymore. But supports do not need to last hit, so their pressure is lower in term of the number of things they need to do in lane. And for teamfights, supports again have low pressure because they are rarely targeted first. Lulu has high skillcap, right? But all you are doing in a teamfight is spamming your Q/E and press R when needed. Yes I do play support in soloQ, it's my second most preferred role. I don't think they have low impact, but it definitely does not take as much skills to play support reasonably competitively than other roles - Elementz is the prime example of this.

Supports(well, good ones) pay attention to creep hp just like they were last hitting though, because it plays a huge part in setting up whatever plays you want to make. Same goes for 'not being targetted' in teamfight, who cares? They are watching everyone's hp(this isn't a support only thing either) because they need to know which decisions to make, it's not 100% just sit on ADC and peel for him. Edit: This last line was unnecessary, sincere apology if I didn't edit in time Sufficiency.

From my understanding is that you get a promotion serie at D1, but what happens if there aren't available spot in the league? Pretty sure you just have to get a higher MMR than someone else that's in challenger. and you kick them out as you get promoted in (and that person isn't currently in the 7-day immunity period)

Too bad people don't group up and their Fiora picked after the enemy team had Lee and Fiddle. And that there's the stupidly broken Zac on the enemy team. Oh, wait. They're managing to bash Fiddle's head in before he could do too much and then Kog > Vayne late game. Jimbz was farming a lot though, ended up with more gold than Fiora, about as much as Kog, and only kills (from clean-ups) put Jarvan ahead; So not jungle gold. :')

(He stills destroys squishies with just ult and W though, 'cause Zac. Too bad those don't work on towers.)
