Basic SQL should take about one day to learn and a week to memorize. Advanced SQL will take substantially longer because syntax becomes precipitously less important than efficient design. PL/SQL is my day job. | ||

It does a decent amount of on-hit magic damage, but there's better options generally speaking-- cost efficient, but not particularly slot efficient? Getting a recurve bow is kind of weird, dropping a whole 1k at once on attack speed. Instead, you could go for Bork which builds out of daggers. Also, attack speed and mpen are two stats that usually don't go together. Some guys use hybrid runes, but its a little weird past that. There's a couple guys I like it on, like jungle Cho. I play a pretty low-cost tanky/ support Cho with like Golem, Tabi, Aegis, Locket, Wits and wards. Doesn't really affect ganking power, and makes him a terror in midgame fights. | ||

Golem AND Mercs? I always wanted to try Lizard Elder on jungle Cho (spikes proc the burn afaik) but it's been nerfed so many times now. | ||

When I want AS and an on-hit effect, I think botrk; when I want MR, I think of hexdrinker or some pure defensive item like spirit visage. I barely even remember wit's end still exists... | ||

(edit: wow, i said woods, i'm tired) i finish it off with a sv usually, though sometimes randuins and chug blue pots. i just realized this build (now) has triple kindlegems, im such a baller. they do proc it, but all it does is make chogath a true damage monster (which really isnt as good as it sounds). i think adding wits or something adds more damage, the burn is actually fairly poor. i think wits is better b/c it gives a little tankiness, adds as much damage to his basic attacks and the increased speed/ap actually make his vorpals do more than they would with lizard burn. | ||

A lot of games are decided before I actually build it, thus. On Jax I prefer SV because it gives CDR (reducing E's cd is so important to duelling carries lategame), and I haven't played Irelia in awhile. | ||

With the giants belt the build path was so bad. I used to finish Locket, Aegis, Merc threads and sometimes bulwark even before finishing the spirit of the ancient golem ( on tanky/utility junglers like nasus ) | ||

For those interested. I don't know too much about the scenes other than NA and EU but that looks like a pretty beast KR Allstar team. Also, without watching vods or streams, how can I get more informed on the KR/SEA/TW/CN scenes? | ||

Well BOTRK stole its niche and is a better item efficiencywise and slotwise, plus it has a way better build path. Wits is actually really good though still just for its massive power spike at 2200 gold as opposed to 3200 for BOTRK, if you can just buy it decently fast its really freaking good, 350 gold for 42 magic damage is a fantastic deal, and stacked you get it more than free, its just a ton of damage. I still definitely buy it if I'm facing a decent amount of magic damage and am planning on going more tanky (IE not going to invest 3200 in pure offensive stats) and can get it fast. Really good item just got overshadowed by BOTRK and its sexy buildup with cutlass. mostly though people dont think about any of that, they just saw it got nerfed and never build it ever again because they are dumb. | ||
