Passive: Balance Magnet (innate) - Riot either nerfs or buffs The Ghost every patch an absurd amount thus making him either first pick/first ban or completely non-viable/troll. If The Ghost was nerfed, he will be buffed in the next patch and vice versa. Q: Cloak - The Ghost becomes invisible, draining his mana per second. Only death, running out of mana, or toggling ability off, vision wards, oracles, or vision enabling abilities renders him visible again W: Snipe - The Ghost scopes in on his enemy and deals true damage to his target. E: EMP - The Ghost fires a projectile where everyone caught inside the AOE is silenced for 2 seconds. R: Nuclear Launch Detected - The Ghost calls down a nuke on an enemy structure. He channels for 30 seconds, where interrupting his channel will stop the nuke. His target is shown with a small red dot and he must be within 1000 units of his target. The enemy team is alerted of this with a "Nuclear launch detected." Boom. W: Lockdown - The ghost suppresses a target enemy for 60 seconds. Only affects mechanical units (e.g. mecha khazix, full metal rammus, etc.)

And maybe the enemy team gets some sort of ping for where you might be. Nuclear Lauch Detected.

Xin Zhao J4 Maokai Cho/Amumu Trying to learn Hecarim. What's the best "carry" type jungler (like if he gets ahead, with dmg item, gets even more ahead?). Building more dmg item on xin feels like sub-optimal, since he's not that tanky

what happens when division V already has 100 players in it and I, being in IV, get demoted? Or IV has 100 and I get promoted from V to IV.

When you get ahead early, get a cheap damage item like Brutalizer, or Bilgewater, then get more tanky. Hecarim also good at carrying if you get ahead. Going tanky when you get ahead can also really help carry games, when you can be so invincible that you can threaten to dive 2v1 or just roam into the enemy jungle and pick fights.

Hec's good if you really want to build damage. Takes a while but once you finish Elder Lizard and Iceborn you can chunk squishes pretty hard, especially if you have you ult up.

To accomodate for friend lists, divisions don't have people put into them after they reach around 50 people, unless they're on somebody in that division's friend list. This means that the case you're talking about is has pretty low probability of happening (filling up a whole division).

Being a play maker is also carrying your team (aka playing 2nd/3rd position). Sometimes all your lanes fail dreadfully and you have no damage so you have to use your allies as meatshields and go ham on the other team. But sometimes your team has damage, it's just that there's no feasible way to fight without dying so that damage becomes useless. Understanding what it is that's holding your team back and then solving that missing gap will help a lot. I think it's one of SV's strengths in solo queue - he can judge the flow of the game and then plays accordingly. If I had to recommend something to your repertoire, it'd probably be Vi and Mundo though. But I think there's still value to be gained by better and more deeply understanding your existing champion pool.

ugh, I haven't liked Mao since 3-4 months ago. For a point click gap closer, Xin does everything better.
