Coin-toss destroys enemy nexus in 60 seconds. HOWEVER. It reduces all of your ally's stats by 50% while increasing your enemy's stats by 50%. Not to mention Baron breaks free and pushes down your top lane, Dragon pushes your bot lane, and all minions become super minions.

Your opponents can also trigger your ultimate, which is available at level 1.

Don't need TheYango, it's pretty obvious there's no reasonable way to balance the ability.
The ultimate essentially turns half your losses into wins. It basically assures you a 50% win rate minimum, because even if you're otherwise certain to lose every single game the ultimate turns half those games into wins. Even if he literally had no other skills he wouldn't be a balanced champion.
Hence, a joke (which is now dead due to the need for extensive explanation).

How about you have to be within X units of the enemy nexus for Y amount of time for the Nexus Nuke to channel to completion and interruption automatically kills you and you stay dead for 2x the amount of time?
And maybe the enemy team gets some sort of ping for where you might be.

Passive: Balance Magnet (innate) - Riot either nerfs or buffs The Ghost every patch an absurd amount thus making him either first pick/first ban or completely non-viable/troll. If The Ghost was nerfed, he will be buffed in the next patch and vice versa.
Q: Cloak - The Ghost becomes invisible, draining his mana per second. Only death, running out of mana, or toggling ability off, vision wards, oracles, or vision enabling abilities renders him visible again
W: Snipe - The Ghost scopes in on his enemy and deals true damage to his target.
E: EMP - The Ghost fires a projectile where everyone (friend or foe) caught inside the AOE is silenced for 2 seconds.
R: Nuclear Launch Detected - The Ghost calls down a nuke on an area dealing massive damage to all units (friend, foe, neutral, or structures) in an area. He channels for 30 seconds, where interrupting his channel will stop the nuke. His target is shown with a small red dot and he must be within 1000 units of his target.
