Hmm don't know about the Vi and Xin nerfs, I feel like they are still super strong. Probably going to max W second on Vi now and the Xin nerf will be noticable but at least they didn't nerf the % portion on his ult.
lots of things to test now. Gonna start playing Trist and Vayne again.

These changes make Bilgewater Cutlass a better early pickup for champions who want to utilize its UNIQUE Active.
I have trouble with that one. Doesn't it make Cutlass much, much worse in general, but a bit less for whoever values the active? ôo
And the client juste crashed on me. Bleh, those troubles aren't set yet it seems.

Consensus seems to be that Cait, Ez and Graves destroy her (again, I swear I dunk on that champ all day as Ez, but they happened to pick the 2 games I got camped into oblivion), and that she's good vs. Sivir, Vayne, Trist and Kog. Tbh though, I think she's generally pretty weak in lane and needs to shine midgame to succeed because her lategame is kinda weird at 525 range. Not gonna front, I'm not a big fan of the character, but eh, I'm not a ranged carry guy anyway, so what do I know.

My coworkers have an accurate assessment of my abilities at the game, but people who see me in games on the Riot channel probably think I suck major ass and that makes me sad.

Might be just be being way too excited about the buffs, but after playing a bot game with trist to warm up, it feels like the AS buff makes trist way smoother than I expected by lvl 4-6 already wow. So happy I didn't refund firefighter Trist ^^^^

I just noticed that the new botrk is a really good item for jungle Vi. You can just max w over e and it becomes awesome. As Vi you're guaranteed to get on top of your target, so you will always be able to use the active without having to worry about getting kited. The lifesteal is nice for sustain in the jungle and mid/late game you can stay front and shred tanks which you're anyway good at because you were maxing w.

Hmm so she can't even dominate lanes properly?
Then I really don't see much point in her, squishy melee form doesn't seem to have any use and the rest of her kit seems to have the ranged Jayce syndrome without a wonderful poke.

I've been playing Tristana exclusively in bot and I'm almost sad to see her keep getting buffs. It's like, now everyone else is gonna love her too, we had a THING going damnit...

Maybe you could play her kind of like bruiser teemo in toplane? Her Kit does not really scream AD carry to me, i think she could work a lot better being really annoying against melee champions. Though i have to admit that i have not played her yet.

I don't understand half of the changes. Why would you buff Tristanas attackspeed? She is one of the two most scary ad carries lategame and your midgame will still be really bad. If you want to buff her slightly, give her W and R an ad-scaling ratio. If you really want to make me happy, rework the jump so that it is at least faster, i so hate it to get stunned or knocked up while in air.
Taric was too strong in lane, cause he was able to all-in the opposing support/ad without getting at risk himself. Sure, his armor aura helped a lo in trading, but if you want to trade, don't pick taric? How, he is even scarier if he labds a stun, but after you 100-0 the support, 100 more damage will stick on your ad. BAM, i expect his winrate to really plummet.
Hec seems legit, now he will deal damage much sooner and snowball hard, but not be completely immovable with full items.
Am i understanding the vi changes correctly? If your Q gets interrupted, it now is up faster then before, but you lose more mana? Am i the only one that thinks that this is a buff? If you wanted to use it defensively, you will now have it sooner to get away, if you wanted to land it for a gank, you might have it back before they are able to escape.

Eh Taric does a lot of trading.
100-0ing is relatively rare.
The mana cost buffs really help taric in lane, probably too much. I already see a Taric every single game.
By the way am I the only one who thinks that knockups are pretty stupid? It's a stronger CC than suppression yet many normal skills have knockup while only a few ults have suppression.

Nope, the cooldown was instantly refunded previously. I don't mind it either, if she messes up her charge timing, then you can punish her, while 3s still gives her hopes of getting away. I expect to get really frustrated if I mess up though.
(On the other hand apart from Jarvan and some dashes like Trist/Corki most dash champs can't be interrupted at all while wall-jumping away.)
