While Garen nerfs might not be needed can't say I'm not going to enjoy them. One too many times I've faced a Garen that carried his team to victory lol.

It kinda feels like the new BotRK is worse for ADC, and better for bruisers compared to the old one.

Then again, I have no idea how the extra 5% lifesteal compares to the old life on hit. And the active is amazing peel..

I'm usually pretty accepting of Riot's rational, hey it's their game, not mine, but their logic for buffing Nid's AP ratio on swipe is just silly. Why dive in when you can still chuck spears from a million miles away and still insta-gib squihies? If they wanted them to stop throwing as many spears they could have nerfed the spears instead. Also they never wanted her to be built tanky bruiser? That was her popular build for such a long time and they didn't go anything about it until now? Just seems SO weird overall.

If you're talking about the 30% life on hit version that was changed on PBE, that one was definitely overpowered, and could be utilized by bruisers like Irelia and Jax. Even on ADCs, that version was better because the life return was unmitigated by armor. Still, this version of BotRK seems to me to be a item to replace BT.

On Twitter Heatbeat and Brunch u are both expressing shock that they are buffing Trist. I guess I see where they are coming from, her late game was already scary, not it's even scarier. Interesting to note the proposed buff to Vayne's AttkSp/Lvl doesn't seem to be going through.

Assuming Gunblade's cost didn't go down by 525g as a result of the Cutlass changes, I really call into question the sense in building Gunblade on Akali at this point. The buildup past Revolver is terrible as it stands (SEE: Zionspartan's ill-fated attempt to rush Cutlass before Revolver on Akali the other day), and the changes to Cutlass just make it even worse. If Gunblade's competition was still just WotA that'd be okay, but Spectral Wraith is so cheap and cost-efficient that any champion looking for Spell Vamp needn't look anywhere else.

Seriously, you can be halfway to Rylai's or any other big ticket AP item by the time someone else finally finishes Gunblade.

Garen's been carrying pretty ridiculously hard in the last few games I've played against him. It was just silly that a Garen with a Warmogs and a Bruta could 1v3, then run away whenever things got difficult. Can't say I'm not glad to see him go.

I think the change on Janna will help a lot. I've had way too many awkward OOM situations with her ._.
