Ok sure I can see it being a nerf to his teamfight but thats not what he needed, he needed a lane nerf. This makes his laning even better lol, laning against MF/taric or draven/taric or anything like that is going to be even more brutal this patch. | ||

It's only significant buff to his burst if he builds a lot of armor early on; and as support you really aren't going to be itemizing armor until like 20min mark. I don't think his laning is that much stronger. I think the issue Riot wanted to target was towards lategame when Taric could literally get caught, eat 5 enemy ultis; still live with 10% of his life, and bait entire enemy team into a terrible follow up engagement. | ||

Low elo they won't. And low elo is where most of the player base is. Not only that, he wasn't fun to play against. Most people don't care how strong he is, just the fact that he promotes such boring gameplay. | ||
