I think the poor mobility, low range on her E and R, and her dependence on skillshots are what do it. She has like no offensive lane presence, because anyone with half a brain can dodge her Q, and her R's range is so pathetic. I just don't see why anyone would bother playing Anivia when they can play a much easier midlaner. land your Qs and she has one of the strongest pre-6 phases in the game the trick is wait for them to CS or move predictably or something, its just a matter of practicing it but shes quite potent anivia carries harder than most other easier ap mids throughout mid and lategame shes also probably the most well rounded ap out there right now high base damage + high scaling + CC/utility

Lead your shot and put down the wall so they walk into the stun unless they stop moving. That's how a lot of high Elo players land it.

Toyz, dunno how often he plays the bird now though. Also, anyone think its kind of funny how Azubu dropped Frost/Blaze and picked up TPA/TPS?

Froggen almost never streams anivia games. Not sure why, but if he plans to be serious he picks Lux on stream.

I'm going to be making a quickguide series of pictures or w/e with conex. this is the first draft of the Thresh one: http://i.imgur.com/ipYxzmN.png For the first release im gonna do Thresh, Nami, and Lulu. I was wondering what you guys thought of the design (seen above) as well as the content/writing (revised for thresh also) you can see here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AllLJAxUt7qcdEExSTVsNHVTdlBGZTdEQ2w5R1AwU2c&usp=sharing

The guys over in the Nami thread seem to have differing opinions from you about the same she is most effective, I dunno how much you played her and you're obviously higher level but maybe you could discuss it with them, since Nami players seem to be quite rare.

W/E scale the same, both increase 40 dmg per level. It's up to you if want lower CD on W or more slow on E. I tend to go E over W because Thresh is such a bully.

but anyway, it was q>w>e in the final draft cause thats what 90% of people these days do.

I'll admit to only checking Nami and Lulu on the excel though. ^^' In other news, the scaling in the game feels so strange sometimes... was playing Udyr in a non-serious game, the other jungler picked Yi, we both ended up the biggest farmers, and while I had 3600 HP and 300+ armour from locket+bulwark+tabi+FH+golem spirit he had ghostblade+BotRK+IE+PD+wriggles, without any % interaction like BC or LW, and despite my 78% damage reduction that he maybe put down to 75% and my turtle/bear spam to lower his dps whenever I could he'd kill me in less than 15 seconds and BotRK wouldn't even be a lot of the damage (maybe 800 to 2500+ from autos, and 150 from the active). I felt pretty weak... then I looked at the numbers that popped: he'd crit me for only 230, except he'd do it almost every auto with 2.20 AS, and after the game his biggest crit was around 1150. He prob killed anyone else (but Darius with randuin's and thornmail) in under a second. Still, I felt pretty silly falling to somebody without even a BC. x)

the weird thing i guess that i do is i like go into center of creeps every time im against like a lower range ADC or weak support, hide behind creeps and such and just whail on them with my passive Q etc., tossing the shield down to block creep dmg and maybe their 1 retaliation hit. This is the way i beat ezreal real hard imo. (cause he cant Q you since you are standing in the creeps). and it also works well with his passive cause you get all the souls from being in the creep line as well.

Yeah, March 7th. Yeah you're right-- Frost/Blaze didn't resign with Azubu. TPA/TPS must be balling with money now though, look at their list of sponsors: Garena, Azubu, Acer, Intel, Razer, Kingston.
